This was fantastic! I’ve been very overwhelmed and overstimulated lately and this was the perfect practice to ground me and bring me back to calm. The breathing at the end was just the most prefect way to finish the practice and I loved that the all my tight spots (especially the chest) without being too strenuous ❤ will definitely be returning to this practice through out the busy holiday season.
I’m still dealing with my cold so this was heaven for me Helen❤ and the breath work actually helped me to breathe! Thank you my dear and have a wonderful weekend 💚
