Is the water stored on site? Or piped in? Cost?

Each villa has a cistern and water is pumped into the cisterns and then the villas water pump, pumps into the house. Water is $39 per month.
Casa linda HOA fees are $385. There is back up generator. Electricity depends on usage. Propane for hot water / cooking and typically dryer.

WHAT IS THIS FEE FOR?
Vacation rental homes and vacation club villas use extra
resources at Casa Linda. Security, the front gate and
front desk are particular areas where extra resources are
needed. We often need extra security to manage renters
at check-in and the re-entry process. In addition, we
constantly need to monitor behaviour and noise (day and
night) and react accordingly. Each renter will now be
required to wear a bracelet to show they are registered at
Casa Linda. The above fees reflect the costs and
amounts needed to properly ensure outstanding services
for renters and tranquility for our owners.
FEES INCLUDE:
• Free use of the shuttle bus
• Expedited check-in at the security gate/front desk
for renters
• Free welcome drink at check-in at the concierge
desk
• 10% discount at Castaway's Restaurant (food only)
• Access to concierge for excursion bookings

The security is the Casa Linda security team. It’s a mallet community so currently one guard at the gate and one inside. This will increase as the condos are complete and more villas completed.
