Astonishing, love it and a great price!
@@melbird-dw3su Thanks for your comment!
So this house is actually 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The pool area and garden is communal areas with three other houses. How much is the monthly maintenance fee shared? Are there any other hidden fees?
This is quite lovely and the price incredible!
@@andrewtasch2299 Thanks for your positive comment!
I live in Nazare...yes we are now the world surfing league capital..but we also have millions of tourists in the summer visiting our beach...during the summer there are beach concerts but other than that night life is limited...
500,000 is way ttoo much
I don’t know where exactly you will find a cheaper property in a comparable location and comparable size. Thanks for your comment, Tony
This is a lovely house. The views ARE incredible and the location is terrific. I love the view with the Moinho off in the distance. The only thing is there is absolutely no privacy on the terrace. Do you know it that could be altered? Even using trellis & plants? Also, the turn into the garage (which is massive) seems rather tight. What do you think?
Thank you for this video.
@@JenShea Thank you so much for your kind message. You’re absolutely right-the house is truly amazing, with incredible views. And not just any views, but completely unspoiled ones. Regarding the terrace, you’re spot on as well. The only way to create more privacy would be by adding plants, trellis, or something similar to make it feel more secluded.
As for the garage, the issue isn’t so much that it’s tight-it might appear narrower in the video than it actually is. The real challenge is that it’s steep. Out of all four houses, only one uses it as a garage, and you really need to be a confident driver to manage it. The best thing to do would be to book a viewing and see it in person.
Thank you again for your thoughtful comment! Toni from Portugal
very nice tour thanks. Will the house lose the views when the neighboring vacant land property(ies) get houses built on them?
Nice. But the large terrace isn't very private. Still, lovely home with stunning views. The basement area is quite convenient.....I'd put in one of those "endless pools", a resistance pool for swimming.
Good luck
@@Charles-g5w5g Thanks for your comment and your wish!
I was interested until I heard about the communal pool and garden, imagine living there and the other three houses are being rented out to noisy tourists with rowdy kids who would make it unbearable and impossible to even enjoy your own private terrace. It might save on the cost of maintenance, but it is not worth the inconvenience!
and how far is nearest full service hospital?
The next full service hospital is in “Caldas da Rainha”. 20 minutes driving time from “Sao Martinho do Porto”. Thanks for your comment and your interest!
You are using the term “oceanfront” pretty loosely.
@@kattengat2 What else is it?
@ ocean view. They aren’t on the water, or ocean front.
What do you mean the house is semi-attached? Is it a town house or a real residential home? What is the weather like during the winter months?
Share pool and garden ......not even if it was 199000
@@cfatal3290 I would really like to know where in Europe you can get a house right in front of the sea with unspoiled 180° views for a price of €199,000. If you know, please let me know. Thank you.
@@villasluz Is this a townhome/condo with shared wall?
So, is it one unit or both of them on sale together?
Villa luz. There is in south of Italy.
@@villasluz, there are always many negative people. The property is simply beautiful. Great job with an excellent video.
how many Acres in this property ? Is the Swimming Pool is private ?
No, the pool is shared with 3 other houses 😂
It;s a half of a duplex... eh...
It’s half of a duplex and the other half is the terrace…everything depends on your needs and wishes.
All very vague
@@helenhicks-mills3246 Vague??? What else would you like to know? I think the video was quite complete…
Very stark and sterile design. Institution look and feel. Nice views but that’s all this townhouse has going for it. Too expensive for what you get.
Don't like semi-detached houses.
Well…that’s the way how it is. Fortunately we’ve all very different and individual tastes and needs. Thanks for your comment! Tony
Ocean front ? Not to my eyes
@@rickydee5863 What else is it?
Ocean front means on the ocean frontage .this is in the hills behind the ocean. It ain't fronting on to the ocean. You know ocean front.
It’s a damn town house for half a million. No ocean view. Just another BS sales pitch.
It’s a 4-bedroom “semi-detached house” not at all a townhouse and the ocean is right in front of it. Maybe you should view the video again…?
Gorgeous ocean views...no argument there , ignore any negative comments, they're probably from people who couldn't buy it. Good luck.
1/2 of million for duplex? Thanks but no thanks!
