To answer your question we didn’t budget it that way. We wanted to stay under $50k. We went with high end appliances and custom furniture inside and out. It isn’t just furnished it is fully stocked with all our cooking utensils all our towels sheets pots pans rolling pin even. Blender toaster ect….it came in well under that. Angie is super honest and passes all her savings on.

I know they say plan on 10k per bedroom house you buy for decorating. You guys said your decorating came in under budget. Do you mind saying how much under budget for 3 bedrooms?
