So you can apply on their webiste but they need customer service experience and english lang definitely.

Hi Richard. I did so much preparation for my interview and I’m so disappointed that they only asked me two behavioural questions and cv tour. I forgot to incorporate their values in my answers😭😭😭😭I don’t think I will get the job. I over prepared myself and interview was rushed through. 😔

For my opinion you doesnt need to study course to this job. I think need to carefully understand airport operations by searching in the google and also u need to be passionate about customer service. I am undergraduate on Hotel Management but I managed to get this job

Hi Richard. I did so much preparation for my interview and I’m so disappointed that they only asked me two behavioural questions and cv tour. I forgot to incorporate their values in my answers😭😭😭😭I don’t think I will get the job. I over prepared myself and interview was rushed through. 😔
