The huge problem with Genie is that on an iPhone it uses H264 in a Quicktime container (an outdated format) so all audio and video is out of sync. The iPhone Camera app and all other third party gimbal apps use H264 in an mp4 container so everything is perfectly in sync.

I love this gimble, however, I find when walking about, my gimble slowly aims my camera towards the ground. I'm constantly having to use the joystick to aim it upwards again. Also, when in Portrait mode, the bottom of the phone keeps hitting the gimble arm. Otherwise, this gimble is awesome. I am using it with a Samsung S21 Ultra. (I previously bought a DJI mini 4, and a Zyhion (not sure of spelling). Neither one worked with my S21 Ultra OR my old S10 phones, at all...)
Gimbal icon is not visible until your registration is complete, and I have wasted 3 days searching for the icon without registration, there shoul be some message pop-up for the same please
You can skip this process, do not need to register. With your phone's Bluetooth on, and open the MOZA Genie app, your gimbal can sense your phone within the range, click connect then you can use it.

I would like to say that this product is unfinished software in Andoroid. MOZA mini MX is unfair for Android users. Manufacturers have an urgent obligation to improve their Android software.

My mobile phone Modle is Realme 3 pro also known as RMX 1815. My phone's stock camera does support 1080p 60fps recording but the app on my phone does not have the option of 1080p 60fps. Just search it via google but i received it from Gudsen via mail contact because the new moza genie app update crashes. Gudsen knows the problem and are busy finding a fix. For now google and type moza genie app.apk and an old version should appear. Good luck.

Theres a problem with the software,
My moza MX is at full battery, while in the moza genie app it says 75% battery.
