I think I know why not very many people will use the live streaming feature. When I tried it, the next menu vanishes. Support did not respond to my issue. I could have almost lived with their requirement to manually enter the facebook or youtube destination and keys (unlike the streamlined method employed by most camera apps such as PrismLiveStudio) Also, there was no follow up screen for one of the choices of Facebook and TH-cam (I cannot remember which one.) Another short coming is that the software does not support tracking while in vertical mode. My other gimbals do. So, I was hoping this would live stream in vertical mode which is exactly why I bought it. lol Nice gimbal, but those two features were key to me. Back to Amazon.
Hi Can you please try mounting a gopro and show us how it works. Would be really helpfull if you test that... I have seen many video where people are using gopro on DJI Osmo Mobile 3&4. Would be interested to know if that works with MX also....

For me the most important question is - does it work with iPhone 12 MINI. Isn't the MINI too small, so I will have to move the clamp to the side and then will be a problem with calibration? Please help!
Does those magic mode templates work on your iphone ???.....i have oneplus 7t but whenever i click on capture button for using magic mode, it shows this feature does not support your smartphone.

moza genie app is a not working app. rating is very low Bluetooth has a very slow connection and does not recognize the phone...plus the activation app is a mistery
Don't buy this if you have android.The app crashed when trying to get activation code.Took it back and bought another brand,shame as l really liked it.

iPhone is a great mobile. It has built in EIS/OIS. Why don't you review these gimbals with mid range mobile.

The trigger is in the way, so it is constantly being pressed just by trying to hold the handle
