I totally agree. None of us truly know the vision and the changes in direction needed due to AI advancements. The AI progress is so fast Xai will have to be nimble. The 5 billion could be a method for Xai to buy chips or compute (Dojo) from Tesla. The two companies can later merge or Tesla could aquire Xai when the company reaches a point that it is stable. Maybe not. Don’t bet against Elon also means trust his judgement.

I feel like 5 billion invested in Tesla will return more than 5 billion invested in Xai. So I’m leaning to not vote to vote in favor of this proposal. But I am open to hearing more of the potential benefits.
