She has one 10,000 step program that doesn’t repeat which I’ve done but heads up, the last few minutes is just straight fast walking/running and she also has a 20,000 step program where she mashes 4 different no repeat programs together. You obviously end up repeating some moves since there are 4 programs but it doesn’t feel as bad as the other 10,000 step programs cuz at least you’re doing different programs making it feel like a no repeat. I also like creating my own long step workout by combining my own videos into one long workout. Yana’s workouts tend to be harder on my knees while Olivia Lawson feels better overall so I like to mash those two together sometimes. Hope this helps!

Pretty good pace, instructor with cool energy. Unfortunately, the workout has a very limited range of exercises and, at least for me, is boring. I had trouble getting to the end because I was yawning. I'm also a bit annoyed by the considerable clutter. I had the impression that the exercises were chosen heavily randomly.

I love all your exercises. But frankly, I did not like these exercises because they were very boring I think because all the movements are repeated in the same video, I felt it was boring 😢😢

I did 8400 steps with this, probably because I was jogging around the house hence lesser steps. Also burnt about 512kcals with this! (153cm,46kg)
