- This i the simple explanation on how to wire the cheap Chinese VFD AT1 (single phase to 3-phase) so that it can be controller externally with a 10K potentiometer and a double pole double throw switch.
Hope this helps - แนวปฏิบัติและการใช้ชีวิต
how can I adjust the torque of the motor at low frequency? I tried with parameter P70 but only get an ugly sound in the engine. I just can't understand what is written in the manual about this particular topic. I have the same inverter as you
Hi Peter, for the forward and reverse did you need to do any programming, or did it function with factory settings?
Hi can you please help i have a cross cut saw and need to put in a two way switch so that i can have it running continuously or on the hand button stop&start also i need to put in an emergency stop
Perfect thank you
Hi Peter. Thanks for your video. I own a bench lathe (motor: three-phase, 1.1kw and 140rpm) and a VFD like yours. I would like to install a brake resistor, but I don't know if in this VFD I can install a brake resistor and what is the proper value. Please, could you help me. Thanks again and sorry, my English is not good.

What parameter did you change to make that sir
@3:10 P10 set 2 P11 set 2
Final i found that i had to set program P06 to 100Hz in order to cover 0-1500r/min using external potentiometer 10κΩ!
At first i set 50Hz and with panel potent iometer i could change 0-1500 r/min but with an external potentiometer i changed 0-750r/min.
So i set 100Hz to P06 it works 0-1500 r/min with external potentiometer 10 kΩ but when i change P10 to the panel potentiometer it works 0-3000 r/min
Great man. Glad you made it work 🙂
I want to use external analog signal for frequency and I used external potentiometer 10 kΩ but this external potentiometer start from 0 r/min until 760 r/min to the max position. My single phase motor works max 1500 r/min. Does anybody know what is wrong
Try a 3K potentiometer instead. Also - single phase motor for VFD is always a little bit hit or miss. Better to just get a 3-phase.
@@petergdk Thanks for your answer i'll try with 3kΩ
@@thefraperman use a 20k pot and instead of giving the pot 5v use the 12v terminal. 0 to 100Hz on the remote pot.

Hola podrias ayudarme a resetear de fabrica mi inversor. Al seleccionar RUN me aparece ERR 1. TE AGRADEZCO
I only speak english, german and danish.
Good video, but it only applies to the old AT1 models. This is no longer possible regardless of which supplier you bought it from. I bought from Banggood and Vevor. It's all the same crap. With the new models, when you set the parameters P10 to 2 and P11 to 2, you cannot achieve the set frequency (parameter P06) with the external potentiometer; you can only reach about half of the desired frequency. The operating instructions remain the same. So, you need to be careful about what you buy. Don't waste your money.
