Greetings from rainy England Me and my family just love this band Have seen them 3/4 times in London pre covid Have just got tickets for this summer a small London venue, looking forward to it, it's as close to church as I will go, but they always take me there!!...
The sessions were done in an old vaudeville theater that was being renovated in downtown Birmingham, Alabama. The singer's name is Paul Janeway. The band jokingly called him Saint Paul because he had been raised in a strict religious household and did not smoke or drink. Broken Bones and Pocket Change is the first song they wrote, so the rest of the band name came from that.
Paul Janeway, one of the most humble and beautiful human beings you could ever meet. Check out his interviews for how he got started. So happy for his success. A vocal clone of Otis Redding and Al Green, I think. Fantastic reaction, TY.
Suer tight band, amazing and unique singer, 60s soul stylings....where could you go wrong? There is a live clip from the end of one of their shows where they pay tribute to Otis Redding. Beyond amazing and you would love it if you enjoyed this one. A little bit crazy though, in the best way possible.
Actually she did leave, wanna hear a song about it? Check put " Broken Bones and pocket change" live at Red rocks. Watch how he grabs an audience and never lets up!
