      Interessante: ha un accento molto specifico. A me piace, perché è simile al mio, ma è abbastanza lontano dalla pronuncia “standard”.

    Non so da dove cominciare coi complimenti. Un cuoco che guarda le bucce di limone e non ci dorme la notte chiedendosi “ma perché devo buttare tutta questa polpa avanzata” è un patrimonio per l’umanità. Questo è il genere di ragionamenti che ha reso grande la cucina italiana, sono sicuro che la sua versione è un concentrato di sapori incredibile. Mi tolgo il cappello.

    L'unico canale che quando vedo una ricetta mi fido al 100% che sia squisita. Oramai bisogna scartare tutti gli chef ridicoli che pensano di sapere di cucina. Grazie mille!

    Je comprends bien même si je connais pas l'italien, il transmet son savoir-faire avec amour de donner sa douceur et sa gentillesse et sa passion de la cuisine. Je vais essayer de cuisiner en le regardant. J'ai toujours mangé les pâtes à sauce tomate et aussi à l'emmental le très bon fromage à la française. Merci beaucoup pour le partage.     Finally my favorite channel uploads a recipe for spaghetti al limone which was what this channel was missing! As far as im aware this is the first time they touch pasta al limone so im glad we finally are able to get not only 1 but 2 recipes.

    La limonaia antica é una vera meraviglia, da commuoversi. Spero che la tradizione continui per altri secoli ancora. Sembra un posto giapponese, sacro... E che dire degli spaghetti!! Gli spaghetti al limone sono tra le mie ricette preferite ma saperli fare bene non è semplice. Queste due ricette sembrano veramente squisite. Spero di capitare prima o poi da quelle parti...!!!

    I have a lemon tree in the garage. Just did this recipe, and oh my god, it was perfect. Every other recipe on this adds in all kinds of unnecessary ingredients. I even have the paste of preserved lemons and did it the 2nd way. What you have to realize is those lemon leaves are packed with citrus-like flavor and transform the dish.

    I love the taste and fragrance of salt-preserved lemons and a jar of them is a staple in my pantry. Never thought of using them for pasta al limone, though. The idea is brilliant, thank you for sharing.

    Salted lemons are fantastic. I have some that I made for Northern African dishes but it never occured to me to use them in Lemon Spaghetti even though I made some before!

    This video is endearing to me especially because I love hearing regional/local culture being active. We have heard from Andrea the local tradition of growing lemons, attending lemons, how his resturants inventing recipes since they have got so many lemons in his family-house resturant, and how much mind he puts into utilizing a local delicacy. It is very different from transient food trends not rooted in any locality or history. It feels "rooted".

    Was there at that restaurant, astonishing experience. Definitely a must taste experience to do in one of the pearls of the italian most underrated lake (thanks god dutch and german people know it well, rather than going to Lake Como and getting money scams). Majestic.

    We spent 3 weeks in Lago di Garda this summer and I just assumed those concrete structures were former military barracks on account of the rich WW1 and WW2 history in the area.

    Il limone sotto sale usato per la pasta è qualcosa di veramente originale, mai sentito da nessuna parte e suscita curiosità, al contrario per il nome: chiamarli spaghetti al limone è troppo riduttivo perché il piatto finito è veramente elegante e raffinato. Non se sia una cosa soggettiva ma leggendo "spaghetti al limone" senza sapere in che modo vengano preparati mi fa pensare a qualcosa di triste che ti lascia in bocca quel particolare sapore di saponetta...un po come le ricette americane che girano sui social
