Have the 2024 foundation rocker. Suuper easy to damage! The top sheet cracked first time taking it down Gore this season which is sad as hell because it's such a gorgeous board! Arbor is good with warranty their replacements tho. They paid for me to ship it to them and back; pretty dope. Those grip tech points really do help hold an edge on ice for real. I took my Nitro prime down the same runs today to see the difference and the Arbor definitely out performs it on icy terrain. Just my personal experience if anyone is interested in getting it 😎🤙

The Ride Twin pig board is great other than the laminate. I was in the park and I landed weird and the whole front edge of the laminate lifted up

Yeah, ride it and bought it is fun and good in all condition for a long day of hard snow up to freeride powder in the trees... Pop is good too if you want to play in the park.
That k2 has a similar profile to a warpig. But it’s important to note that budget boards are more tailored to the beginner end of the skill spectrum. Yes things are more expensive but. Can you put a price on progression?

Would it be a terrible idea to learn on an intermediate board as a beginner?
Worst case scenario you'll create a bigger learning curve for yourself. Intermediate boards are less forgiving in terms of technique and how easy they are to maneuver. There are definitely boards out there though that are beginner/intermediate friendly (GNU World Order, for example), so you won't have to upgrade as your ability level changes.
I think most intermediate boards would be fine too.

Signal had a sale before and during black friday with brand new boards for $200 honestly after seeing that i can't spend any more than that because they are some quality boards for the price.
