The Sopranos filed an episode at our business in 2000 the business was Fountains of Wayne. We were a northern New Jersey landmark. We sold concrete statuary and Fountains. We also sold outdoor furniture and Christmas ornaments.

I love NYC and I'm trying to learn as much as I can about the history of the city in order to solve a treasure hunt that started there in the 80's by a dude named Byron Preiss. I think it'd be really cool to talk about that in one of your videos! Somewhere in NYC there is a 40-year-old "casque" burried 1-3 ft deep, and if you find it, you can redeem a $1,500 gemstone. All of this can be found in the book called The Secret: A Treasure Hunt by Byron Preiss. The whole book revolves around immigration, folks leaving the old world to come to the new. This would be such a cool Sick Plug I think! Keep up all your badass video's regardless! I'm learning a lot from you, and if I'm ever in NYC I will definitely be hitting you up for a massive tour!

I was just talking about John’s the other night, need a visit soon! I love John’s & am so happy it’s still there, especially as so many great EV places are long gone😢. The floors are the same as my old shop in the West Village, thankfully 4 tenants after me they’re still there😃! Oh to be back… soon, but *not* the EV, when I moved back to NYC after living in London in the mid-80s I said ‘never again’ as it’d changed/gentrified so much in just 6 mos! Gimme the “grit” back & I’ll consider it👍!
