Since I posted a my first yoga nidra for astral projection last year, I’ve had loads of requests for tracks that let you drift off to sleep (or stay in your experience). So here is my latest offering, with a new technique that I’ve been using a lot lately 🌙 There’s about 35 minutes of my guidance, followed by 25 minutes of binaural beats without any guidance so you can stay in whatever experience you’re having - whether it's deep relaxation, a full out-of-body experience or deep sleep 🌙 Please note I have only set ads to play at the beginning, so if they play at any other point, please let me know so I can flag it TH-cam! Hope you enjoy - it was created with a lot of love and from deep within my wardrobe, lol!

Rosalie, I finished Gateway a couple weeks ago and you came up in my feed unbidden, so I tried listening to this file. I reached the vibrations for the first time ever! It was, if I may say so, an orgasmic experience - bright, intense, sharply experiential, like waking up from a drowse to find oneself on a rocket leaving the pad. I had never heard of yoga nidra but you've made a believer out of me. I'm going to work your videos into my current routine of Gateway files. I'll post when and if I have an OBE - it seems more likely now than ever before and I'm so grateful for your help in getting me over the hump into the full-on vibrations!

Wow, I just had the coolest experience I had been trying to astral project for a couple of days, For sone reason, I was having no luck. Then the next thing I know I walked out my bedroom door and was in a busy restaurant kitchen, I started to freak out thinking why am I not in my house! Then I realized no one could see me. I thought wait a minute I think I am out of my body, and I stopped and thought let me try something I started flying all through the restaurant then out the door to a amusement park it was raining and I was flying all over then I came right in my window right into my body and woke up. This was the first time I didn't realize at first that I had come out of body, I almost panicked but caught myself in time and had a wonderful experience.

Around the 40 minute mark, I was experience amazing sensations, but my cat became concerned with my affirmations and came to lay on my chest.
Thank you for this! This is the only meditation in which I have felt sensations, especially so strong! I have confidence in myself for this one. 💫

Well done for getting to the vibrational stage! Are you saying the affirmations out loud? You want to keep the body completely still, so saying them internally would be better if you are. I have been brought back countless times by one of my cats (I think they are much more sensitive to these energies). But I wouldn't have it any other way - I love my two girls :)

Idk why but it seems everyone is struggling. I guess I was lucky in that department. I lucid dreamed in my first night I found out, same for sleep paralysis (yes I actually wanted to experience it). Now what worked for me was the other vid but this one is so similar you might as well use it.
In terms of ap I did it too. It was only a few secs because my dumb self decided to open his eyes. But after being awake for a while and I mean FULLY awake. You will get it. Its like lucid dreaming. It took me a few days because I dosed off.
Are you scared of sleep paralysis? Dont be. And as soon as you feel yourself slipping into sleep paralysis dont stay still. Wait for the perfect moment. The so called vibration. I could feel my body shaking. Then that push was very simple. Its LITERALLY like pushing to get out of bed. Thats all I did.
Try not to struggle after that. And I suggest to not open your eyes. I was fully confused because I had somewhat given up. But now ive seen it for myself. Its hard to deny it when ive done it.
For those of you who want more advice then comment down below.

Hi Hassam. Thanks a lot for sharing your experiences. It sounds like you're very in tune with subtle energies and can easily tap into altered states of consciousness. It's not that easy for everyone though - often we can overthink things or try to force something to happen and it can be frustrating! But I love your willingness to share with others here and your easy-going approach :)

So you meditate then you go into sleep paralysis and then you feel the vibration pull out to get out of bed but like with energy definitly try this because i have like 1 to 2 sleep paralysis in a month but i can get really easy out of it and i dont panic anymore

Have to say, had tried for three days, and this is gave me one of the most healing experience, well I couldn't get out of body but I was just there, just a little more push but I couldn't get out,, and the surge of energy always comes to me when op voice get silence,, the energy movement feels so fast that I feel like that I am being pulled out or like I m about to float out but I still couldn't get out,, lol but when I was done with this meditation,, I felt so healed that I couldn't explain it through terms, but I felt so so much healed and happy! So it was great experience, i Will keep on doing this until I get out of my body and fly through the sky! Hehe thank you for this!!! 💜🍀🌈

@@RosalieYoga oh yess,, thank you tooo. ,,it's been days,, and I still couldn't get out,, but my intuition is literally telling me keep on going you can do it,, and every single night I m doing it,, and now after I guess 9 days? I can tell difference from the first day I started until now within me,, now it just takes me few seconds to get in state of deep meditation (not sure about the term) ,,fully relaxed,, my body gets deep into relaxation and with that my mind also goes into a deep state of relaxed,,, it feels too calm too calm nowadays,, as well as sometimes I m just in a state of awake as well as sleep and after few minutes I realise "oh I was not actually not even aware of my mind too",, like with my body my mind also goes into deep relaxed state that even my mind feels as if it's sleeping! And also I m actually starting to see or feel energy around me in this,, I could literally feel energies roaming and moving all over me,, and when I tap into it,, I could literally sense that I m not physical, I m just all energy,, but I still couldn't get the feeling of out of my body,, it feels that I m in like inbetween them, I could literally feels my body deeply in sleep state and my energy body is literally outside swirling all around,, but I couldn't get hold of it,, until now,, but every day I feel excited,, and genuinely grateful to you for your this meditation,, also I want to say that I have actually tired all of your OBE videos,, and I m going to do the ones that actually resonated with me the most!! Also also I have suffered from insomnia so after I started doing your meditation , I literally sleep so deeply that I am actually don't even aware of happenings all around me,, so again I m grateful to you for this!! I've had body vibrations when I'm exhausted before, but after watching this, I had them for the first time intentionally. Gotta get used to it, though, cuz every time I started to fall deeper asleep I felt the vibrations and it shocked me awake. I have a question. I tried this for the first time last night in hopes to fall asleep faster in bed. It did not help with falling asleep faster though so I tried the OBE technique. I did ok with letting the mind go and noticing all the different parts of the body including the focus of energy moving up and down and focusing on the third eye. I felt the tingling from shoulder to toe and then by body started to shake from left to right. I tried to go into the shaking but kept going in and out of the shaking. Is this considered the vibrations? At this point I started to command my self in my mind to go to the kitchen but nothing happened. Unfortunately at this point gunshots went off so decided to awaken to ensure our safety if needed. The gunshots aren't frequent but hear them from time to time. Any advice and answers are very much appreciated.

  • @Thewrightbrotha

I didn’t feel any tingling. Not much of it anyway. Is this ok? It really felt like I was just relaxing my body and being aware of it. Is this also considering being in touch with myself? Great video. It’ll be part of my daily practice. New to this!

I've been trying to experience this for a year or so now and I can't get it. I listen and start feeling light and tingly almost and then I'm waking up again 😂 I don't understand what I'm doing wrong.

    • @RosalieYoga
      @RosalieYoga  2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

Hi Serenity. It just takes a bit of practice and also a sense of detachment to the result. I personally find the harder I try, the less likely it will happen. So, I just tell myself I'll relax and and see what happens. Feeling light and tingly is already a great place to be at. See if you can intensify those feelings more and more and then see where that takes you. Once I get vibrations, I just guide them to move up and down, faster and faster and then command to be somewhere else (like my kitchen). Good luck and keep me posted on your progress :)
