I am also a hobby pizza maker and I really appreciate, that he´s doing everything from the scratch. I hope he can make a decent living from his lovely and honest small business.
I have recently started to make traditional pizzas from scratch and appreciate how hard this gentlemen is working to provide us with wonderful food. Well done to you both ❤
I am from India .. watching Italian Street food videos for secret ingredient Italian people use so I can use it here and make my pizza different than others .. I found many secret ingredients ..one of them was " fried basil leaves" 🙃 .. loved it.
Dude, pizza in India is way different then Italian.. indian people won't like authentic Italian Pizza as every country is different. Indian pizza means loads and loads of vegetables and everything... Italian means Cheese, mozerella and San marzano sauce with basil a bit.. enjoy cooking the way your customer wants
really admired and appreciate how people make a living. this man you can see how he works verry hard. woorking by himself with no one to assist him but can manage himself well. there are many people whose doing a small scale business turns out to be verry successful. love pizza and would love to have Nicks pizza to enjoy eating while watching a movie, but we dont have kind of this way of making pizza here in the country i live in. italian pizza are alwyas the best pizza. say hi nick for me whenever you get to buy another pizza. its cris from abu dhabi
Recently discovered this channel and absolutely love it. Your style of filming and interview is very genuine and you can see all the vendors enjoy showing their skills and food to you. Keep up the great work!
Sandeep Khenat And you have to watch & taste fried pizza made here in Naples by Tuk Tuks and vans itinerant pizza makers... A piece of street food, cuisine, art and tradition that it is disappearing in the 21th century... th-cam.com/video/30OSPUkQAbg/w-d-xo.html th-cam.com/video/LTTUnqDsdW4/w-d-xo.html th-cam.com/video/_R8H690s5rM/w-d-xo.html
that is not a piadina, the dough of piadina and pizza are different as in piadina you must use pork lard as an ingredient of the dough. Also piadina is stretched using a rolling pin not by hands
I am from Romagna and I know perfectly well how a piadina must be ...... that is not a piadina, rather a stuffed fornarina, I am not saying that it is not good, but it is not piadina
Appreciate the little detail you provided sir. You should come to India to see what all concoctions they sell calling it Pizza, Lasagna, toast etc to attract customers. Customer is the King 😊
Hi guys, anyone can help me with what i have to do for start the same bussines,i don't know how to start. What i have to do first,i underatand that i have to go to the council.... If anyone here to help me out with some advise i will apreciate. I leave in Watford,Hertfordshire,Uk and i want to open the same bussine, first because i like cooking a lot. Thank you so much guys
I saw the back end of a pickup,,, how could a wood burning stove sit on a Vespa Piaggio 'a scooter' ? as you stated - Nick does a great job. Looks all delicious and wonderful. Thanks for the invitation, enjoyed your awesome travels.
Very nice, I have a slightly larger version of that oven in my garden, its fantastic, this guy's Pizza looks really nice. If anyone is thinking of getting an oven I would recommend checking out Gino Sorbillo for the Neapolitan dough recipe.
easy and good I love it I eat this food and never saw a doctor in 50 years that's why we live more than 100 years some 110 -120. sure olso goog boom boom help....
Great little business and seams a nice guy with a good product but £4.50 / £5.00 for those is too cheap when people pay more for rubbish from big chain fast food restaurants, I think people would pay at least £7/£8 for the margarita starting point and up !!
I read a while ago somewhere that most if not all pizza makers in Italy are Greeks or other nationalites ... is rare to find an Italian pizza place with Italian pizza makers . . . . lol
Its partially true, depends where you go: tourist destinations are pretty bad for that. You might even find a chinese owned, chinese staffed pizzeria that serves you something worse than frozen pizza (Venice for example has a few of these). More often than not we Italians know where are the good places in our town and stick to those. There are also Italians that open a pizzeria for tourists just because they see money in it caring little about the product so you might even find an italian pizzaiolo making crappy pizza since the tourists dont know any better. The worse thing is that the younger generation gets used to a subpar dish so the idea of a good pizza gets diluted more and more overtime. A mixed ethnic community could have the possibility to offer the best dishes of each and instead we end with the opposite.
Acshimin, over the years I saw big changes in the whole restaurant/pizzerie/bar in Italy. Things are not what they used to be and the average quality is way lower in many parts of Italy. If you talk to an older person that grew up with the good stuff they will tell you the same, if you talk with a younger person then you might get a different answer because they are used to the lower quality. In my hometown there were 10/15 pizzerie and all of them offered decent to great pizza when I was young, now there are more pizzerie than before but only a couple make great pizza and the rest plunged into low quality which make money just because of location, teens, tourists and immigrants
The best thing about UK is that there is no tipping. The system in US is bad. I do not want to tip an ambiguous amount, there should be just a single amount all inclusive
I feel like you enjoy helping people more than taste their food. I like your friendly way of talking and your wishes of success for them.
Thank you.
I feel that it's important that these small businesses are successful and survive. 🙏🏽

Only just realized he's Greek not italian..which just proved my point!
