I was expecting him to say Hare Krishna while giving food but, he didn’t even try to preach and impose his views on others which shows that he has no hidden agenda to promote his religious belief. It’s a generous work which he’s doing and feeding anyone regardless of their beliefs and putting humanity first that shows that his beliefs are true and right path which respects all.
And Hinduism teaches one humanity and see everyone as humans not by their religion and be equal to all. As a belief that all religions are different source to the same God is the future to the humankind.
Hinduism says be a good human and serve humanity and you’ve served God with your Karma instead of praying without doing anything good.

I wish in India there should be at least one hindhu temple that serves food on all 365 days in a year. Because there were such temples in our country during the era of kings. Under the democracy, hindhus are not allowed to continue this practice and the reason is the temple ans temple resources are controlled by government but devotees contributions are not used properly, if government intent, they can bring back this practice.
This shows the essence of Sanatan Dharma !! 🙏

just to let you know - there is a team work - somebody bringing vegetables and rice (mostly Para), some volunteers cutting vegetables in the kitchen, someone is cleaning pots and containers and doing loading - unloading and after that it comes to you by Prema. You can also come and volunteer one day, everyone is welcome!

Krishna's prasada food is simple, also satvik & spiritually pure. So, folks keep coming back even if they can get/afford other food. Great job by ISKCON & its humble volunteers!
