    I just read your vegan article, and I wanted to say you did a wonderful job on it! As a former vegan, now ovo-vegetarian, many vegans get so invested in the animal rights aspect that they consider food allergies impacting your diet as a non-issue. As someone who was vegan, and developed soy and coconut allergies while vegan, it dramatically impacts your quality of life when you can't eat out (socializing), are always stressed about grocery items changing their formulas (so hard to find healthy vegan yogurt without soy or coconut), and just feeling blah from an unbalanced diet.

    Yes please! I’m transitioning from being obsessed with healthy food and restrictions to eating intuitively with no restrictions but it’s weird when I find myself not being hungry for a meal I feel scared\worry to skip the meal because I don’t want to restrict .. and then I end up eating junk food and feeling uncomfortably full exactly because I was not hungry in the beginning. I need to change my mindset from: “I’m not finishing this plate because I don’t want to gain weigh” to” I’m not finishing this plate because I’m full” but I don’t know howww please help send tips
