I appreciate Ed‘s humble way of speaking and handling things so much. He‘s just a really nice dude who’s so talented (both in songwriting and navigating the kind of pop-stardom he is in), but never lost touch with who he is. Love it!
Ed is so nice and knows just what he wants and can do. Subtract is a brilliant album. I love each and every song! Aaron is amazing and they get the music so perfect. Love you Ed!x
What Ed said about the audience owning his songs, because they are significant to different people in different ways is so true. He’s put into words what many of us feel, and has made me feel less alone. Thank you from my heart soul. 🙏❤️❤️
Subtract is bloody brilliant Ed , giving me flashbacks to the plus album in terms of detail in the lyrics. As someone who is 36 i relate to this type of music. Great work Ed 🔥🔥👍
@Ed's Acoustic: At a Concert for his new Album Subtract Hosted by Apple Music 🎶 Live and Matt Wilkinson stop by to see Ed and ask questions about the show . Which Ed's friend is there to play the 🎹 piano Aaron Dessner who helped with the Subtract Album . This Show will have a complete orchestra and band & Singer's wow it's going to be filmed and it will be great 👍 Behind Ed Sheeran's Mathematics Tour & Songwriting Process .And Ed was nervous before the show , he wants everything to go perfect. Because he is a perfectionist but that is great for his fans. ❤And to give a great concert he always exceeds expectations of what the fans exspect..Ed is fantastic at what he does , and his voice is amazing and can't say enough about his music and Lyrics. .Always Yours Laura @ God Bless You
I'm really glad Matt is doing the interview. If it was Zane doing it, then it would be the usual sycophantic nonsense, whereas Matt asks some really good genuine questions
You should watch his documentary, he explains why he decided to share substract that is more personal and acoustic, he didn't make the album thinking to be on top of the charts but share personal songs that also are relatable to a lot of people with life struggles. It was really interesting hearing his process and life experience.

Fascinating! What a life!
From the thumbnail I thought it was Professor Brian Cox interviewing Ed... and that would've been perfect for the 'Mathematics' tour 😂

What a great video.
At the first glance I thought Jacob Collier would be interviewing him lol. I'd love to see that duo collaborate though.
