I felt exactly the same last year, attending their concert was the best choice I could make, the moment of catharsis I experienced was indescriptible, each lyric, each song, all the meaning that those lyrics have, I felt like they were singing directly to me, to the exact moment that I was living in, to the depression in which I was living, there was an after and a before to that concert for me.
You can tell that Dan Reynolds is playing at home. His heart is in Las Vegas, and his music is very, very authentic in that sense. His body language and his voice are one. Just went to watch them in Athens for the first time since a fan when they came out. It was one of the most soul searching and incredible shows I’ve been to. Dan’s’ energy and mastery on stage is unmatched. No performer capsulate so much emotions and transfer that to the whole stadium. But this Las Vegas show, this huge show, is really something else. I would have done anything to be there!
