A special edition workout for those of you looking for a real challenge. A workout that's so difficult it can be defined as "INSANE". Are you ready for a challenge? We've selected some of the most effective exercises for training your chest muscles without using machines or weights, but simply using your own body weight as a natural load. The workout structure begins with an initial phase, which can be defined as a "warmup", during which you'll prepare your muscles for more advanced exercises. Obviously, we've got a new soundtrack that's ideal for backing up this training workout, which is "demanding", to say the least. WARNING: this workout is not suitable for beginners; we recommend you don't skip the initial exercises, even though they are low intensity, because they're designed to adequately prepare you for the more difficult workout phase.

Just finished this. Was more tired from this chest then I usually am after a hour in the gym lifting weights for a chest workout. Great workout.

This workout is amazing!! For 13 min you get a lot done!! This workout is not as complicated! Just go at your own pace just push through the pain remember no pain no gain just take it at the speed you fell comfortable! Goodluck to everyone!

Wide push ups with shoulders at external position (3:00) it's just bad for everyone's shoulders
+Zachary Comstock it depends on how good your joints are cuase I do these pushups and I don't have any problems if you have joint pain while doing this go get it checked out.
+Alan Olea i don't feel joint pain doing that, because i dont do that. i'm into other kind of push ups right now (PPPU, RTO, HSPU). Wide push ups with the elbows out probably are not going to cause you joint pain in the short term, but in the long run it can cause serious shoulder imprigment or other kind of shoulder issues. there is absolutely no benefits on doing push ups with the shoulders at external rotation.
so how many times must i do these ? like.. i finish the video, and then sit for a few minutes, then again. i did this 3 times. but how many times should i do this to be effective ?
it'sMe TheHerpes I see your problem. Your goal is to get bigger fast, isn’t it? I had that goal too. But there’s no shortcut to becoming stronger and bigger. I realized that my goal needed to be pushing myself to my limit, then I would get stronger without even noticing.
I encourage you to have finishing this video without cheating as a goal-but without killing yourself either-and by the time you achieve this, you will know that you have become really strong, trust me.
Also, I’d recommend you do this three or at least two times a week. Do finish the whole video though, that’s crucial.

well , i have been doing these exercises regularly for the last almost 3 weeks (it will be 3 weeks tomorrow) , and i can easily see visible changes on my body. I thought my chest was too strong , but i also just discovered that its too difficult to do this workout with the rhytm of the video . You cannot even guess how i look forward that "STOPPPPPP" ...
I am still having difficulities in completing the explosive push up reps...i do , but i die in the end ! So I can say that the workout is perfect..the only critique from me is the workout is missing upper chest exercises like feet on a high bench etc...

Gary Clark Well I manage to do the first three series in the right position and after that I start every exercise properly but finish it in knees position...I do feel that not just my chest but my shoulders and triceps are working too.
Its a bit early for some visual changes i think although I feel nice when I finish the workout!
Well I am doing it and can not really see difference but I really think there is caouse I am doing it for like 3 and a half months
I consider changing the routine.In order to shock the muscles and let them do other exercises so that they won't be adapted to the next thing

For sixpack, it's a good start but you should do some real ab exercises too. Pushups are more effective for chest. Try some planking, crunches..
What I do is I use the ab wheel (great tool, and cheap!) and combine that with decline leg raises. Great mix! You'll feel that :P
