you have no idea how much this helps. i'm literally tearing right now. the type of anxiety you described in the first video is literally word for word what I have been going through. I would look up online to see if anyone felt as I did, and the hardest thing was just to describe it, and you literally spelled it out. I need you to know that even 2 years later after you uploaded this, you are still changing people for the better. You're f**king amazing.

You deserve more views, but more than that, more viewers with anxiety deserve to see your series.

Thank you for making your vids. I read your story and I felt this overwhelming sensation to get out of bed and go for a walk. I brought my headphones and ended up down by a pond were I litterally for 2 hours danced, exercised, and sang. I relized after 2 years of suffering that what I was missing was having fun and enjoying myself. Sir I'm 20 years old and I just want to say thank you. Everyday I'm going to make it a priority to have fun. You litterally saved me from running myself into the ground. And for that I say thank you with all the compassion in the world.

I am so relieved that I found you on TH-cam. I've had so many times looked into anxiety help through TH-cam and haven't found anything that is relatable. I truly feel hope after coming across your channel!. I wanted to reach out and say thank you for posting these videos. I took notes and shared this with my friends. Thank you!

+Courtney Jenkins I'm going through the same also, and what he said he was experiencing over the 6 short videos felt like he was speaking on the behalf of my issues. I am going to try these and hopefully they work. How would you like to stay in contact and encourage each other to stick at it, and give each other positive feedback? :)

As expert, I'm sure Atoractove Secrets is good way to completely erased your social anxiety. Why not give it a chance? perhaps it's going to work for you too.

Awesome video series, man... The idea of dump the phone away is obvious but also great! About playing... I'm doing this by playing soccer again. It works for me.
About meditation: Do you have tips to people who live in places with a lot of noises?

+Vá Mais Longe Other tip (from mindfulness meditation, or vipassana background): meditate on "hearing" - just like one can observe thoughts without jumping on their "train of thoughts", one can observe that one is hearing noise, so: you are noticing that, without bothering about the source, the meaning etc.

Thanks for this video I know it wont be easy, been suffering for too long now. Sometime I blamed it on my gas and acidity and now i think its my mind which is creating these things. I will try meditating the you have explained. Thanks once again. will share my experience once i start trying this.
    Cheers

This is what bodybuilders eat as well I don't know how much protein you're consuming in each meal but it's usually between 1.25 to 1 .5grams per pound of body weight of what you weigh
