I really think you've made the right decision. I just moved into university 2 months ago in a different country, a different continent as well. It's the hardest thing ever and it still sucks, but you will grow so much as a person if you foster the right mindset. Don't play the victim's mentality once you're in and don't give excuses, it's extremely easy to. You'll grow a lot. I'm sure.

I'm not sure I understand the connection between taking economics in uni and your other entrepreneurship goals. I personally think you'd benefit more from focusing on skills you want to learn for TH-cam/business instead of spending money on uni when uni is expensive and doesn't bring much ROI outside of specific programs. universities in germany are free, there is only a little fee that you pay for like paper costs etc. per semester. cost of living in germany and in istanbul, turkey are almost identical. there is nothing to be wasted in ahmets scenario
@@edochen23 Fair enough, I didn't realize it was that cheap for anyone. I would still argue that it's a waste of time compared to learning from online sources, but uni is a great social environment and that can be valuable in itself
University is not all about learning and gaining info. Sure there are better ways outside of Universities to learn. But the networking, friends, life experience that you get from going to universities is immeasurable value that you can never experience taking courses and WILL never get to experience it the same way once you past your time.
Really understand your decision. For me personally it was not as much of a change as for you, because I already live in Germany and “just” move to the other side of it to Munich to study at TUM. But maybe I will see you there somehow :)
