Last week my wife had red painfully swollen face and hands for days after trmming some spurge in her mom's garden.
This week she chopped it all out, but her uncle managed to get some in his eyes just while stuffing it in the dumpster, and was temporarily blinded.
    REALLY PAINFUL!
Read up on this dangerous plant before handling it at all.

I have tried the concentrated round up and I sware it makes Spurge grow better. Always use dishsoap to help kill. It does not work here in South East texas.

Same Roundup battle here in North East Texas.

A major pain in the butt, but I have pulled it out of centipede by hand for years with no problems. Of course I wash my hands immediately and well.

I have spurge taking over my back yard. I have treated it twice with weed and feed, I have also spayed it with a weed killer that states it will kill spurge, but it is still taking over my back yard. Any suggestions you have would be greatly appreciated. I have been trying to dig it up, but it is to the point that it is beyond the point of being able to get control of it. It is literally everywhere!

I heard Spurge Power works well and Spectracide Weed Stop for lawns. Then after that, a master gardener friend said to just be diligent and pull them daily. So I have been keeping them to a minimum by using Preen early spring (depending on your region and when the ground temp gets mild) and then again every 3 weeks (note that if you have bulbs or seeds in the ground, avoid those areas). Then daily walking my yard and checking for them and pulling them. The area of my yard where I had begun just pulling them is pretty much free of the spurge. Sounds like a pain, but I just get on a phone call with a friend and walk my yard. ;-)

I really don't want to use Round Up because it kills honey bees and other pollinators. What else can I use?

Roundup kills bees? We use in in the citrus groves, doesn't bother bees that I've seen?

How do you kill it in grass?

Killing spurge in lawns is difficult or "back" breaking. If you have full grown spurge as in the video, you should leave it and do the method described in the video. Second best way for lawns is to use pre-emerge weed control to prevent seeds from germinating. These things produce thousands of seeds. For young spurge, a broad leaf herbicide works best that contains 2,4-D, MCPP, MCPA, or Dicamba.
or...weed by hand or till up the entire lawn and reseed being sure to use preemerge early spring. Keep in mind the soil temperature is supposed to be around 55-60 degrees to work effectively.
There are plenty of websites if you look up Prostrate Spurge.

+AZTROJANMAN Use round up or dig it out with a shovel. Never pull it by hand. Many spurges are neurotoxic and have a milky white latex in them that causes 3'rd degree burns when the stem or leafs are ruptured. Not something you want to mess with.

2,4,D. works well on most lawns and doesn't damage them if used in the right amount. DO NOT use Round Up for obvious reasons. What kind of grass do you have?
