Project E55 Part 1: First Wash. Buying the cheapest e55 in the UK

Welcome to my first TH-cam video. I'm making a series of me restoring this E55 AMG. This is part 1, follow along on my Instagram for more content @bourne_auto. I've got aload more footage to get through of me picking up the car what I'll be uploading on there. Currently, all the footage is filmed on my phone with a cheap eBay mic, so do bare with! What's the difference between E55 & E63 ..... which one is more powerful n fastest.....???

E55(2003-2006) is just better. Way more reliable. E63(2007-2009) is 6.2L V8 naturally aspirated while E55 is supercharged 5.5L.

Stay away from M156 motor it’s junk
E55 is M113k very reliable!

It looks like there is some sort of CAN bus fault. I saw the interior dome lights come on. Maybe a door control unit is sending a faulty signal causing the interior entry illumination to actuate. Looking forward to the rest of the series!!!!!!

I wouldn’t say that my e63 w211 has 95k on the clock 6 owners owned 3 years not set a foot wrong plus its faster than the e55 but e55 is still class👍
Plus all depends on how u maintain the car.

I can assure you right now that at 40-140mph a E55 would walk a E63, the E63 is really good for a good burst of power, but the E55 holds it all the way through. @@thetruth5305
