I work at a Hyundai dealership that shares a shop with the Subaru dealer Nextdoor owned by the same people and I have seen those generation Subarus with over 300k miles already, I really wish I considered a CVT outback before buying a Tacoma! Love that brown interior and they ride so nice and the sound system even on the low end models sound very very good with lots of low end bass
Besides an old pickup truck to have laying around, I always have the idea to have one of these for lightweight utility usage on my imaginary farm with log cabin.
I see these everywhere in western Montana. If I ever sell my boat and no longer have anything to tow, I may look at an Outback as a replacement for my truck.

Whenever I have a customer to pick up, I usually will try and get an Outback XT. It's the perfect mix of discreet, but with a bit of class.
