I didn't cook mine.. beautiful red color.. I chopped the fresh seed& then put it in coffee grinder, poured it in a jar, & added pure water🫶❣️
I never toss out, can make tea, or grind into powder for your plant. Give back to the garden.
I am drinking avocafo seed too.Taste is ok no need to add honey or sugar.

Well, unless you get honey that hasn't been pasteurized, the enzymes are already gone anyway.

Yes… that’s why I say consult your physician and never do that many seeds at once.
May be it reacted negatively because of your blood pressures condition but anything needs Caution to be on the Safe side of life

Yes just don’t add honey….. consult your physician but avocados have been shown to help with diabetes

You could… soak the seed in water for a few days until roots develop… then transfer into a pot with soil.
