And yes, Charles did show grief as he went to collect Diana’s body from France after she died. He didn’t have to go to France, he wanted to. In addition, he insisted that she have a royal ceremonial funeral. She was no longer a member of the Royal family and should’ve had a funeral done by her own family, but he wanted to do it for his boys.

I watched the behing the scenes Documentary last week and pictured if Diana was still alive, it would have possibly been devastating for her watching the other woman taking her place. I am so pleased people around the world keep her memory alive as this must rattle Camilla. The recent auction of Diana's clothes for hundreds of thousands must been also rattling Camilla.
IF Diana had any emotional issues before she was thrown into the pit of royal vipers, she didn’t have a chance of escape unscathed. Charles and Camilla deserve any difficulties that befalls them for the rest of their lives.

Why someone who speaks their opinion is immediately classified as a hater? Royal historians say Camille was very fun to be around, highly intelligent, well read, intellectualy she was much more compatible with Charles than this 20 year old girl who sometimes was lost in conversations. I'm not implying Diana was stupid, but young and unexperienced. By the time she matured, they grew apart. On top of that, Camille shared the same passions as Charles, like riding horses, hunting, and Diana didn't care for that. Then Charles should have had the balls to stand up to his family and marry HER! They easily could have proven Camilla was not pregnant with another man’s child (even if she wasn’t a virgin) and then marry her. What he & Camilla did was cruel. Charles could easily have taken time to fill Diana in on things he talked about. If he had really loved her, he could have nurtured her and she’d have eventually been able to carry her own in conversations but he didn’t even try. Like you said, Di wasn’t stupid. But he didn’t even give her a chance because he knew he was using her for heirs. And Di was fun and quick and brave and strong. She only gravitated towards fashion because she felt insecure due to his cheating. If he had shown a modicum of respect & love for her, things could have been different but he simply didn’t care. Camilla pretending to get her friend? Leaving her notes in her private bedroom? How’d she access Di’s bedroom?? That’s creepy AF. Di became who she was by finding herself despite having those vipers working against her. She was very brave. As for Camilla, she knew she was ugly so she had better have a good personality! And she told Charles to marry Diana so they could continue their affair without much trouble. And Charles liked that Camilla’s “beauty “ didn’t UPSTAGE him. How Diana was used, abused, shunned and forgotten by the royal family whilst also being unceremoniously pushed away, is something that the majority of us will never forget or forgive. As a shy person myself, seeing her find strength in herself and finding a way to strike out into the world despite all her worries is incredibly brave and moving. I don’t wish Diana was in Camilla’s place at the coronation, I truly think she would have declined to be Queen consort. The further she was pushed away from the royal family, the more she began to find herself and not care for the consequences of not fulfilling some of these silly royal pageantry rules and regulations. Diana, the people’s princess, a true princess of hearts.

How much more powerful, grounded and strong, would this relationship be if Diana had received the love from Charles that she wanted.
