    The Anyhill UM-2 is an innovative commuter electric scooter with a swappable battery. The scooter has a great ride feel due to its excellent geometry and 10-inch pneumatic tires. The UM-2 is a great choice for beginner escooter riders with its thumb throttle and good brakes.
    If you are thinking about getting a commuter Segway electric scooter, you should definitely check out the Anyhill UM-2.
    In this video, we unbox, set up, test out the scooter, and tell you what we love and hate about the scooter.

    I have been commuting to work, to appointments and just cruising around town using the ANYHILL Electric Scooter. On the occasions I have needed Customer Support I have received responses very quickly and all of our questions and concerns have been answered quickly and courteously. Dealing with ANYHILL has been a very positive experience for me.

    I am surprised at how well built this UM-2 scooter is. Assembly was super easy and it rides well. I have used it to get to and from work and it’s saved me a lot of time. I also like the use of the app, it’s great to see the exact present age of your battery there.

    I am enjoying my new ANYHILL UM-2 scooter. I weigh 245 and it has no problem moving me around. I average about 18 mph but my son loves it and he can really fly (he weighs much less than me). I think it is a good value for a scooter.

    this removable battery would be an absolute game changer for higher end scooters like wolf king gt or Yume M11H. I have the M11H and even if batteries were $500 each i would buy 2 spares just to ride all day long....

    I like the removable battery and the rental scooter style kickstand could be nice, but lack of features such as good headlight and easy folding make it less appealing.

      @@Another-Address Sure there are, but why would I want an external solution when the scooter already has a huge battery and only needs a decent light integrated by the manufacturer? I have to use an extra bike light on my VDM-10 and its always a hassle to keep it charged and make space for it on the already crowded handlebars. NIU does it right on their KQi scooters, love the strong lights on the KQi2 that are perfect even on unlit trails and don't blind oncoming riders. Wish all scooters had good lights like that.

    What is the relatability like? It’s hard to predict what might break on it but in terms of the common needs for maintenance and repairs it would be good to know if it’s easy to take things apart… and if there is some warranty specifics that limit what you can do.

    Does the battery always have to be removed to charge? It looked like there was a square button or plug on the side of the deck. I'd prefer not to remove the battery unless I had to.

      @freshlycharged  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Good question… the battery does not have to be removed to charge. You can charge still in the scooter.

      The battery has an IPX6 water resistance rating and the connections are encased. I was worried about the cracks on top but it has a drainage hole in the deck. Really smart design to protect the battery and electrical components.

Super reliable. Easy to replace/ fix parts ! Could last many lifetimes ! A lighterweight winner ! I wish Musk would squat or get off the pot with the 4680s I want to use those batteries!

    Seems if you ride in rainy weather then the water goes in battery compartment and no escape?

    • @Andrew-vt4jt
      @Andrew-vt4jt ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I was worried about the same thing. However, there is a hole in the back of the deck to drain the water.
      The battery connector is protected in its slot, and the battery itself has a IPX6 water resistance rating.

      World is so upside down wouldn't be surprised that it can't climb mild hill and im 2 mins into the video shows 750 peak watts and that's basic power so no the first unboxed scooter is not climbing steep hill.

    • @jacobpaint
      @jacobpaint ปีที่แล้ว

      They say in the video that it’s rated for 20 degree inclines and that’s what they estimated they were testing it on so you don’t have to wonder, “Anyhill” is just a name.
