Big fan of the house of Tiziana Terenzi. Have quite a few from them with Porpora, Ursa, and Caput Mundi rank at the top of my TT list. Awesome performance and so perfectly blended.

Nishane Ani was a blind buy for me after your review. I love it! It actulla reminds me of Channel Coromandel:) I love both but Ani is definitely more fresh because of the ginger. I have not smelled the Hale Bop.
NISHANE is in my top 3 favorite house. Quality all the way... My favorites that I cant get enough of are: Fan Your Flames, Hacivat and Wulong Cha. Amazing fragrances and quality. Addicted!!
Nishane is just great overall. I've sampled most of their scents and either bought or appreciated all of them. TT on the other hand, I sampled 6 fragrances and didn't like any. Ani itself is a modern classic. Try it if you haven't!
This is very detailed and informative. This is why you are always my favorite fragrance reviewer. I love Ani a lot! Even my mom loves it on me. At the end I bought her bottle as a gift. Instead, I’m not so intrigued by the house of Tiziana Terenzi because out of their samples I had tried, all of them were clones of other fragrances then he just added more power to them. I had blind bought a bottle of Ursa because I love Straight to Heaven so much but it just doesn’t last well on my skin. Then many people said Ursa is a thicker better version of STH so I blind bought it even I knew it was a clone of STH. I was disappointed because it smells exactly like STH but with a weird medicinal smell. It is much stronger the STH but not in love with the smell and don’t appreciate clones with such a high price tag. Sorry to all TT fans and not trying to be offensive at all!
I just have one- Gold Rose Oud and for some reason I never wear it. I believe I would wear Rose D’Arabie in such a mood instead..
Nishane I think is just more wearable but the projection is only skin scent after couple hours for me
Hale Bopp was the unbelievably huge comet visible to the naked eye in 1995
Both are great house & most of their frags comes with extrait de perfum. TT is more challenging where as Nishane are more mass appealing. In my experience, I never encountered any fragrance to hate so far from both of this house. So It’s win or win situation if anyone decided to purchase imo.
I have a decant of Ani and really enjoy it. But I recently tried Hale Bop at Neiman Marcus and Wooooo. The rep there made a small sample of Hale Bop for me and after wearing it a few times, I just had to order a full bottle. It is that amazing y’all
Hi Sebastian, I have both Ani and Hale Bopp and I agree with your thoughts on a comparison of these two. I believe they are both beautiful but Hale Bopp is stealing my heart for the fall. To me, Hale Bopp smells closer to Ambre Preceuix with a few more spices.

I AM a fan of Ani! I recently also got an 80% full bottle of Hundred Silent Ways and am quite obsessed with it, and am already contemplating buying a backup bottle! I love Hacivat as well but have only tried it as a sample
I have a hard time seeing the similarity. Wasn’t a fan of Halle Bop personally, smells a bit vintage to me. I love and adore Ani on the other hand!

Been wearing Hale Bopp sample and enjoyed it immensely. I have tried Ani and it wasn't for me.
Does it lean to the feminine side? Is it strong?
I literally ordered a 5ml decanter of Ani,like 5 minutes before seeing you video being posted. Now I am tempted to look into Hale Bopp. As always, when it comes to fragrance reviews, you are #1. Can you have an up-to-dated Best Tobacco fragrances please?
I just tried byredo tobacco manderin, I really liked it, but they didn't have it stock. Really liked it. Hope that helps

Herod, Tobacco Vanille, I just smelled this wild one called El Goodo from Happyland which smelled like tobacco and beeswax- so good.

Ani sounds great. My whole house smells of after this review. Have you ever reviewed the Eris Perfumes? I tested Green Spell at the Hollywood Scent Bar. It lasted hours and morphed into some magical scent on my wrist. I had to spray on my wrist a second time to make sure that was indeed the perfume. I have no idea what the other scents from this brand are like, but Green Spell is going to be my next buy.

I have sampled a couple from them and liked them all (3 I think). Ma Bête was one that was really good- very kittenish.
Ani is really good, but it is just another Vanilla forward scent. I much prefer Hale Bopp for it's complexity and classical updated feel. I own both but Vanilla is a note I am so bored with. Prefer Sultan to Ani also.
Just pre-ordered shem, you heard anything about it? Are they sending you one and are going to review. I'm excited by the now and leaving off vanilla as vanilla only since through on my skin when it's in there. Anyways, thanks for your review, always spot on

I have been wanting to try Nishane but as strange as it may sound for a greek brand its not available in the country and foreign discounters in Europe have limited options.

If this smells like Shalimar, I don't want it
I have been trying to figure out what this smells like and that is very close, Shalimar. It is extremely powdery, spicy and sweet to my nose. I have a bottle of it that I am going to sell.
