Today i will be eating some chinese black bean noodles or zha jiang mian and gimbap, i hope you guys enjoyed this mukbang, it took over an hour and crowded trams in the very hot sun to get this food take away to film :)

This is called 炸酱面, which is preserved vegetable and pork mince noodle, a very classic chinese noodle dish. I heard frm the korean they said their jjajang myeon is also inspired frm this dish

I cant eat the mayo, its smell and tasted bad for me. I just always ate kimbab with hot sauce mixed with soy sauce

how different do the chinese vs korean black bean noodles taste?
Katelynn vien Chinese version is spicier with a mild black bean taste and a sweet / soy sauce flavor , according to her... Whereas Korean style just taste like fermented black bean and is kinda bland with a flavor that requires to be an acquired taste, according to me
