When you're in Jakarta, you called Bang for male, and Mpok for female (only Jakarta), when you get to Bogor or west Java area it's Aa and Teteh. Mas and Mbak is for Javanese, when it's Chinese Indonesian you used Ko and Ci.

We do feel sorry for these drivers, but they are not really giving people any reason to choose them over the apps.
