Today we will be having a sushi platter with salmon, tuna and kingfish sashimi/nigiri and futomaki rolls. We also made some spicy fire noodles, black bean noodles and fried chicken!

Japanese people usually put the soy sauce and mix the wasabi in a small container first and then we dip the sushi every time we eat one. I just wanted to tell you guys, cuz this way it's easier to eat sushi and it is the traditional way to eat it :) I'm glad you guys like Japanese food! I'm Japanese American so :)
And one more thing, I know you guys like tattoos but it hurts a lot and it costs a lot for removal and it takes a lot of time to remove it when you want to take them off in the future. You can google it. But just warning you guys.
yeah we usually do that but we didn't have a small container so we just soy sauce and put wasabi separately this time :)
Yuko Okuyama traditionally you don't mix the wasabi and soy sauce but I still do and most people do in the modern day xD. I'm sure they just did that out of convenience

the fried chicken has different kind of season on it and u put it in Flour to make it crunchy then u fry it untill it's nice and golden brown or a light brown it depends how u prefer it
