1) Coming across a group of enemy players and trying to empty them all at the same time instead of just picking-off one after the other. 2) chasing after a player to get a sneaky knife kill instead of just shooting him. (Inevitably ends up with him turning around and finishing you)
MC 667 Ugh that’s a shame, I’m sure Sony will soon do backwards compatibility too, it’s what everyone wants, it’s all competition so I’m sure they’ll come along eventually
I was gonna make a comment about the #1 habit being reloading after firing a single round m, but you read my mind and made it the first one. Nailed it Marley. Also, get out of my head.
I think a big one is being to trigger happy with UAV’s. I always called them in right away, even when a teammate still has one up. I swear my thumb flies at the d-pad at the speed of light the millisecond after a get my third kill.
Hey mate, you're not the only reloading addict. I may not be a CoD player, but even on realistic military shooters like Insurgency and Insurgency Sandstorm, I reload even after killing an enemy after either a single shot, or a burst of semi-auto fire.
#notificationsquad Marley you missed 2 for me No.1 killing your own teammate In hardcore accidentally No.2 Calling in a AI controlled killstreak in bo4 yet the AI controlled scorestreak kills 3 teammates causing you to get kicked
I used to think I was the only one with the reload habit but after reading the comments it seems like so many more people suffer from it. I’ve had this problem thick like mw3 and till this day it has stuck with me and effects my in every FPS game.
LOOOL I was crying of laughter on the second last one. I'd be cursing myself each time I join a new match without changing my class setup yet would forget every single time
I wonder if they ever fixed the MWR issue where you couldn’t save streaks for the next round cuz it would go away at halftime. Lost a good amount of choppers that way ughhh
Hello Marley, it’s good to know I’m not alone out there. I’ve come to this RA meeting because reloading has just taken over. My gameplay, my life until the next respawn. I’m ashamed to admit that yes, I have reload relapsed before, but no longer will I let the capacity of my magazine take control of my K/D, or my squad mates back I should be watching. I’ve been a reload addict since the first CoD I played up until now. If you’re also a reload addict, don’t hesitate to reach out, you’re not alone. #RA #goodtothelastround #reloadtoshootup #happinessisanemptyclip
How about Forget to pay attention to your weapon running out of rounds, try to shoot the enemy and nothing comes out right before they kill you as you reload. And when you make it a point to always reload after you kill someone to prevent your previous error and then get killed while you reload. That’s my bad habit.
How about the times when you switch up perks in your loadout? Like trying to see how it will work for you. Then you play the game the same way(just not your normal perks) and end up dying over and over. Mainly due to whatever playstyle is around your normal perks but you dont have them
One habit I have that also affects me in both Battlefield and Call of Duty (which I’m starting to avoid this habit, is aiming to the side of the enemy, while firing my weapon and adjusting my aim towards them. This habit got me killed a couple of times.
games where you need to take a secondary: rushing the enemy and trying to knife them instead of just using your pistol. Gaz even told us that switching to our sidearm is quicker than reloading. also spamming all your throwables at the start of a match.
I use cover to reload and sometimes I'll switch weapons twice super fast to stop the reload to kill the enemy especially if I have the perk to switch weapons fast. I'm pretty good at not reloading though when I need to though. So much of what I used to play in Cod were rush classes but after playing pc games and playing a bunch of different games I feel like I've come to understand the games more and making different class types.
Never could understand why people rarely seem to try and kill other people's killstreaks. Like you do realize by not eliminating them that it gives the other team an advantage right?
My bad habit when sniping on bo4 is constantly 360ing for no reason because I play on 14-14, also sliding everywhere and trying to dodge bullets (it works sometimes... but not often...) reloading after 1 shot on the paladin, and of course grappling all over the place trying to hit trickshots and killing my kd
I cant stand when you go in your classes and it has an icon to say you have a new item, so I HAVE to go through and find it. Hated MWr for this because SO often it would say I have a new item when I dont, and I'd have to get to prestige again just to get rid of it. Thats my worst habit
My habits are throwing random grenades where I don't see any teammates. Pre-firing or "wall spray/banging" on older cods, especially search & destroy on the original MW, never played MWR so couldn't tell if they were still a thing on it. And lastly, if I'm out of bullets, pick up a weapon whatever it is, then continue playing in my usual style. Not so great if it's a SMG if I choose to snipe or pick players off from a distance.
I've thought I put enough bullets on someone to drop them only to reload and get lit up during the reload animation.. this has happened more times than I'd like to admit..
Ha guilty AF of reloading too much. And I noticed when I try not to I streak up more often. Also playing HC makes ur bullets last longer and a slow firing gun like the Uzi a extended mag isn't even needed.
I recall melee knifing habit. But lots of modern FPS does break that habit. Goin back MW2 totally makes me need to capitalize commando pro again. I reload via sleight of hand but I usually wait a sec and back out to a corner before hand. I very much know how to admire the walls and ceilings when a kill streak is in the air. I fall heavy to camper vengance. *more so when hes in my camper spot*
I have a habit of stop firing when I think I’ve put enough bullets into the enemy. Most of the time I turn away or even begin moving again only to be killed from the guy I swore I just killed.
Marley!!! New video idea: use a random class generator of some sort and make a video of yourself using those random classes - love your work mate #notificationsquad
Yeah, I've been in plenty of situations where NOT reloading that one bullet has gotten me killed, I wouldn't call it a bad habit. I'd call it a smart one as long as you do when not threatened. Tactical Reloading is something I do in PvP shooting sports as well... because I found myself dry firing way more than I would like.
I can have a problem with going after campers, I also have a problem with not healing myself after being shot in BO4. I forget to change my classes a lot.
Worst habit of all time? Me constantly trying to knife the guy that's both invisible AND invincible to prove my skill in a game of Free for All on Black Ops 1.

Yo wtf why is the classes one so relatable? I take off attachments for certain maps and forget to put them back on. Here I am, sitting with a noob-tube M4 Carbine on Shipment, where the bloody grenade never explodes.
If there was a camping sniper, I throw smoke grenades, then when I reach then building, I walk slowly and keep an eye out for claymores, after you’ve then I throw I made in the room the camper was in just in case he was in a corner (stickies and C4s work too).
My worst habit is reloading, (and in the case of BO4, healing) before I actually get the kill, I'll get them down to one hit and miss a shot and start the reload anyway
Here’s a bad habit that I’ve seen and have been guilty of. Not. Using. Your. Sidearm. You unload all of the rounds in your primary and, if you don’t kill them, proceed to either go for the knife kill or just run away. Always remember what Gaz taught you. Using LMG's helped me break the reload habit. When it takes half the match to reload, you learn pretty quick to pick and choose your reloads.
Yorp.
You no longer have compulsive reload disorder (CRD)
So true.
LMGs enabled it more for me..
@Deathmare use fast reload perk

Less of a habit, and more of just a dirty tactic, which is spawn camping tactical insertions for a cheap kill.
nah, it's the daft player's fault for throwing a tac insert on in TDM, deserves to be killed in that instance
@@miqilla It's still an unbelievably cheap kill.
