Should not a level of basic decency and respect be given simply for being sapient?' It should be the responsibility of each person to recognize and acknowledge that they ought respect other people. People should not act as welcome mats, like shown in this story here, of course, but you should not have to demand common decency before you receive it, and anyone who prides themselves on their social or intellectual prowess should be far more than capable of seeing this themselves. The other sapient species in this story willfully neglect this idea, instead choosing to mock and demean others openly, killing them off with no thought and treating them like pets. This disgusting lack of respect for sapient life puts them solidly in the wrong, and deserving of retaliation. This story makes humanity's acts premeditated, a longstanding plan to build up excuse to eviscerate another who has looked down upon and mocked them without recourse, as opposed to a 'we're done being patient' situation as claimed. As always, the price of peace is the blood of children...

While it is true that humans knew that eventually their patience would come to an end, it is doubtful that any human would've imagined that patrol craft would fire upon an unarmed vessel containing children simply because it was "in the wrong area". Capture ... sure. Harass ... probably. But to *fire* upon a vessel containing children? Only the most heinous and deplorable of beings ever harmed children. I am hoping Western civilization follows the humans in this story.
hiding your strength like this is asking for war.
Like Icarus they flew to close to the sun and fell to there death
We nailed our own God to a wooden cross. That should make you second guess before fucking with Humanity.
WEHEY I'm the Trade Commissioner :D
It’s a shame humans will never pull together to achieve greatness, we will destroy each other before we do anything great.
Turn our world into a frozen glow in the dark ball of dead rock...yep, that will be humanity's legacy.
You are too pessimistic. Did you see what Space X accomplished during flight 5?
I'm sure at some point we will. Just need to make our world smaller, or our easy view larger.
It's too bad that this doesn't align with any way humans have ever acted through out history.
I like it! It's a pity that once again the human ambassador is called Rodrigues.. aren't there any other names on this planet?? 😊
yeah. Chen =~p
@@pezchef7577 lol, true
The Four Horsemen: Sarah, Marcus, Rodrigues, and Chen.
And Patel
If only this represented current humanity.
It does. There's a reason Afganistan isn't a sheet of irradiated glass right now
Great story glad the algorithm blessed me
Very good story - want to hear more
Amazing story
Fantastic story!
All I can hear is 'Rule Britannia! Britannia rule the waves!" just in SPACE, and with pride that's died long ago.
Humans be enacting a coup on the galactic council because some general's children was killed but vaporize a whole star system to build a space highway, classic
This entire time I'm thinking the oh no monkey meme
Love the comparison to humans to aliens. 13:41
"about consequences for actions"
Just then, the current version of the pager on each Council Member gave a simple, cruel, pointed message...
ESAD.
I want this as a movie.
Necrons say your arrogance has a price to losing to vermin!
While annihilating several human fleets using the same tech, but millions of years more advanced.
a good story with a valuable lesson
thanks
3:20 - myeh!
The NWO Is about to find out the same way and learn the same lesson.
What is the inspiration of this video?
And is there any storyline connection between this video and the one called "Every Species Still Tells Stories About The Day Deathworlders Decided To Stop Being Nice | HFY"?
For future reference please don't mention space oddity. That song gets stuck in my head for weeks
I’m starting to grimace every time the names Rodriquez and Chen are used, like cmon.
Patel 💀. Like I know it’s a common name but it’s like they just picked the three most common “diverse” names they could think of
@@Matt-vj3nb that's most likely because this story is AI generated
Beware the wrath of a patient man
Truth is probably humanity set up a false flag to unite all of humankind to justify force. Those children weren't martyrs... they were pawns. Humans are cruel in their machinations.
Cute story, BUT they repeatedly confused the term 'Patients'(people who are sick in hospital) and Patience.
It was still probably AI writing the captions.
Yeah im betting the kids were put there as a sacrifice to give humanity the reason they needed to strict
Alien : Foolish human
Human : Nice one ! So..did you know Napalm ?
The emperor of man approves, the stars are OUR birthright
Humans: not only did you touch our boats but you killed the children. Bet.
What was that sound at 3:24 ?
Nept
Nept
through the wall: OH YEAH
Wishful thinking that humanity be this powerful. Really even we had this technology. We just destroyed ourselves faster long before we are truly united.
We have nukes and havnt annihilated ourselves yet. You are just pessimistic
Well to be fair, discovering aliens that could snuff us out in a second would be a very good incentive to unite. The larger nations uniting and making all other smaller nations submit.
We almost certainly will be. From what we’ve seen so far it’s quite likely WE are the elder race.
Holy shit the ambassador wrote us a book of grudges thats great XD
Sadly current humanity is nothing like this lot
Just wait until the Emperor of Mankind steps from the shadows
A good one.
Release the Astarte.
