Sir I injured my knee .....pain was not going ..was not able to climb up and down stairs ..so here doctor did clinical examination and adviced for MRI.
ON MRI..it is mild degree partial thickness ACL tear sir.😞 With minimal joint effusion ( I'll defined increase signal intensity is detected along posterior fibres of mid/distal substance of ACL on PD fat/sat images . However it's integrity is intact)
Sir it's been 21 days now..I have immobalized my knees as doctor adviced and taking rest at home
Swelling minimal..pain at 1 point medial to patella ..no problem in flexion and extension
Sir will it heal to the extent as it was before injury ??..or it will never heal . M over weight too 80kgs.
