Watch out for the lube close to the brake surfaces. And I use to grease the bolts before tigthening, to be sure to take them loose again. On my Superlight I have changed the clamps on the mudguards to carbon and aluminum.Finn. Denmark
Now we are looking forward to the Nemesis Hill episode! And I am starting to think seriously about buying an electric P Line (a titanium triangle to complement to my titanium knee 🙂)
You might want to strip the chain from factory grease and dip into a hot wax. I use Silca Wax on my p-line - it’s my dry weather cycle bike. I wouldn’t ride a T-line bike in the rain - it’s way too nice.
if you are going to ride in the rain then don’t wax the chain. Silca does make a wet lube but i haven’t tried it. Right now i use Boesheild T9 for my wet riding brompton
Good point about the easy wheels I bought a new brompton and pushed it once with the little wheels iwith and scuffed up the suspension block very annoying

Great info, looking forward to the next episode, thanks for sharing
Have you considered waxing the chain? So much cleaner and lessens the wear on the chain as it doesn't accumulate dirt, as does liquid oil.
Yes I have, may do it one day, I would have two chains and alternate them

As I have been told by many, get on and do it!

I’ll look at the wax, chances are it will get very wet

I met a guy in London who makes organic chain lube, I shall move to that at some point
What's the diameter of those easy wheels roughly? Might get some ! Thanks

The are bigger than the C-Line
