yes! 100% I was like 30 seconds in on Garage Gym Reviews and went to purchase, saw it was only 60 and went back to watch the rest of the review. They look great, just wish they went heavier. GREAT work REP, love your innovative spirit!
@@markhalstead2386 Correct - A heavier adjustable dumbbell on a different platform will be coming soon. This one targets those lifting 5lb-60lbs and want something durable, affordable, and fast to adjust
Underrated honestly, it is quite huge for just 60 lb, but I use this as my lighter weight dumbbell and will be getting the KG version of the Reppins for heavier use. (When I need to switch between two or do a more active workout using 2 pairs of dumbbells, light and heavy set).
80lbs ones with a similar design (larger individual disc plates would be nice) with the same durability would be a game changer in the industry of adjustable dumbbells.
If I didn’t already own a competitors set I’d love to get a set of these. If I end up getting strong enough I may be back in the market hopefully you release a heavier version by then.
Before I order this, can you confirm if the heavier set will start at 5 or 50/60? I don't want to buy this 5-60 set if the heavier set will be 5-120 and then I'm SOL. Some quick clarification would be great.
Same exact question for me - don't feel comfortable committing to purchasing until I have some clarity on whether the heavier set will start at 5 or 50/60
Wait if you're looking to go to 80-100lb or beyond. A heavier adjustable dumbbell on a different platform will be coming soon. This one targets those lifting 5lb-60lbs and want something durable, affordable, and fast to adjust
Why not just have add-ons weighing 1.25 lbs each as well, so you have different add-ons depending on what weight you choose. Include them in the box along with the pair of 2.5lb add-ons 👍
well if you don't need the cradle what's to stop someone from buying 2+ kits and adding the plates in series? or buy the replacement plates as needed to get to the desired weight
Love everything about these (other than the max weight). Looking forward to the 120s incorporating some lessons learned on this set. The under mounted 2.5lb change plates pre-racked in the holder (per Coop’s recommendation) engaged via a button flip vs a move and flip, seems like a no brainer to ease speed.
I think the only issue with that suggestion is how you get around the support rods. Like you couldn't have the plates sitting there because they can't get around the rods so it would probably be a much more significant change than just moving their default location.

I have the Powerblocks EXP100.. i love them, they look so cool lol. However, besides maybe chest, ive never went over 70lbs lol. 😂 and adjusting by 5lb is such a pain. Thinking of buying these to help. Adding additional options. I work out with my wife, we do Liif4, liift more, p90x, body beast, dig deeper and so on. So these i think would be perfect.
Where are the add on weights than go within the hand area sold? Do you simply buy the Quickdraw ADD-ON plates and attach them in the handle area? Trying to figure out if I can add additional 10lbs/5Kkg to a full 60lb dumbbell. Sorry if this question is confusing. 🙂
It comes with the add-on weights. 2.5lb micro-adjustment plates to each side for a 5lb increase or just one for 2.5lbs increase. They go on the inside of the handle area.
Love that they are droppable... while at an affordable price... these are gonna give prospective Nuobell buyers some pause The wider grip is a plus as well... but not sure about how the REP flexes a bit tho
My hope for Rep’s heavier adjustable dumbell: 5-120 lb weight with 2.5/5lb increments (I would still be happy with a 60-120 iteration, however) -Good Durability -Shorter length DB(e.g. 16” length at 100 lbs) -Keep the volcano knurling $1k’ish price point -Fast/moderate weight change -Innovation not currently seen on the market (e.g. I like the ability to purchase a single plate to fix one that breaks-fantastic idea implemented on the QuickDraws ) Bonus: A Q1 release 😂
@@REPfitnessThanks again for the comment-it caused me to hold off on purchasing competitor’s adjustable dumbells. Reppins will be here this week based on the shipping notification. 😁👍🏻
Curious, what if you made a heavy version where each plate weighs 7.5 pounds instead of 5 pounds and they go from 5-100 pounds and you made two different sized add-on weights (2.5 pounds/5 pounds each) so you can still go up in 5 and 10 pound increments. The weight numbers on the side would then be 5,10, 25, 40, 55, 70, 85, and 100. Make the 2.5 and 5 pound add-on weights the same size and you would be able to go from 5 to 100 in 5-pound increments. The markest is filled with lots of 52.5 to 90 pound adjustable dumbbells but not many 100 pound dumbbells. I think you guys would KILL the market with these if you went to 7.5 pound plates instead of 5 pounders! And you could make the 5 pound and 7.5 pound sets interchangeable for households with beginner and advanced lifters thay live together! Either way, I absolutely love the design and appreciate the innovation!
People make em. Google powerblock stand or just dumbbell stand. Titan makes 124$ shipped one, there's a hundred brands ranging from double digits to quadruple in price
The QuickDraw is awesome as a 60lb and under adjustable dumbbell. If you're ready to move up in weight... check out this option: repfitness.com/products/rep-x-pepin-fast-series-adjustable-dumbbell
Why not make a 5-60 lb db set & a 65-120 lb db set? Everyone wants it all together in one but why not just have 2 sets? 4 dbs don’t take up a lot of space tbh
Our goal is a 10lb to a heavy weight - to be determined on another adjustable dumbbell platform. This one is geared towards people who want 60lb or less, durable, and fast.

You gotta give it to REP on their transparency on how this works. Love it.
Nautilus own the pattern Lock N Load, they use it on their weight stack machine for 10-15 years already. Rep just put Lock N Load into dumbbells.
Super cool, but I’m waiting for the 120s. So excited for those!
REP knocking it out of the park again! Well done.
Just bought these and this video was perfect to understand how to use them with the 2.5lbs.
Congrats on the new set of dumbbells!
The warranty for these is fantastic. Great move REP! Time will tell how they hold up but way more faith in durability of these vs Nuobells
Please hurry and release a higher weight version
