maine corona chalu hone ke 1month pahle road running chalu kiya tha acha hua ki corona ke karan mujhe stop karna pada. running stop karne ke baad bhi bhi 1 moth se bhi jyada time tak mujhe shin aur knee pain raha tha.
Brother ispe video bna sakte ho? 2.5 km in 12 minutes. Sub Inspector ke physical ki preparation start kar rakhi hai. Lekin roz running karne ke baad saans lene waqt right side neeche ribs mein dard ho jaata hai.
