Over the last 5 years I have watched many van/RV channels and I must admit many have fallen by the wayside. I stay committed to you and Chuck even though I am down here in the states. From time to time I will binge watch your channel although I have seen some of the videos several times already. You have a good thing going here and as you know Chuck is in an adjustment stage too moving in with Korean Girl. Passion is a very interesting topic and as you stated your passion is music, or at least one of them. But realistically many people find keeping their passion to themselves is where it's at. For example, very few people find work that they are passionate about or even relevant to what they studied in school. I understand it seems like all the van stuff has been created and there is no more to add. Many of your past videos where light on van content and were informative with what you were dealing with on a personal level. I found these videos just as entertaining as your van builds, van buying strategies and city dwelling content videos. I watch your channel because from the outside it looks like you are a good person. This day and age it is nice to be reminded there are still a few. Thanks!
I think that you may have a good niche if you develop the relationship aspect of a vandweller/nomad. Idk how old you are but you seem mature and most vandwellers/nomads are quite young and at a different stage when it comes to dating. I think this could be appealing to a mature audience, like myself. I am considering similar thoughts about my channel. You are on a good path.
I find that it's best not bring up that you live in a van unless the relationship gets serious. lol. I ended up getting married while living in a van. Best of luck to you, Timothy!

I was in a similar position after my wife's death. I was 42. A year later I met a really nice lady and we dated for about 9 months and we had some lovely days out that we both enjoyed but I was not ready for more than that and went our separate ways although we do exchange e-mails still 20 years later. Aged about 45 I took charge of a small singles group and expanded it. Very fulfilling. We had great times. I did not want any commitments and I remember at a party one lady running her hands up and down my back as we danced. Sat the next one out. Plonked myself down on a couch put my arms around the shoulders of two lady friends and whispered 'Protect me' 🤣 Three years later one of those ladies and I became an item and 5 years later joined me, selling her home. We have lived together for over 15 years. I am not really a person that needs people and so a strange fish. I do need to give of myself though to be content. Now that makes me odd I suppose? I have no real experience of dating until age 16, went out with a few lasses and at night clubs I often went with a friend. If we saw a couple of girls that attracted us we would spend the evening in their company. At those times what attracted me to a girl was how she treated others and those that were around them as well. My friend and I would often flip a coin to decided who chose their date. I met my wife to be at 17 and she was 6 months older. We were at a club and I had watched hr eyes and how she reacted to others and I was totally smitten. My friend reached into his pocket for a coin to flip and I grabbed his wrist and said 'Don't you might win and I would hate to have to break your wrist' 😉
I understand this video in ways, the part of the vid that upsets me in my own mind is maybe perception after I've told them( a potential great female friend) I live in a van is a red flag, aka being told your homeless bluntly. I have a strong suspicion this is going to change in the next few years people are becoming self-aware Of course . or unless that's Google's all algorithms making me THINK van life is the greatest gift to man! Have a clean rig that smells nice with fake flowers, or real! And some really nice odor eliminator it should have sealed up your dirty laundry bag, and wash your bedding frequently! Hey Tim, just some words of wisdom re the red flag issue, better to have some one accept what you are, before who you are. As you mentioned earlier in your video it is %100 percent and part of that %100 percent is putting yourself in there shoes, of who this person wants to meet settle down with etc.. Life is too short to "bait and switch" Be honest up front from the beginning on what and who you are and save yourself and the other person disappointment in the long run. Kudos on you for making this post, it is not easy at the best of times to post a video about yourself let alone opening yourself up to the public to see you bear your soul. Fair Winds.
Hi. There's a lot you can talk about. Music is good. What about your life? What made you you. You can talk about your country, although probably leave out the politics unless that's your passion. Your work. Any plans. Diet and health. The thing is, when you create a YT channel even if you have have a few subs, they really want to know more. I can appreciate there's not much to say about "vanlife" because you don't travel. So talking about your van experience has been done on the whole. Just to say, I like you so when I watch I am interested in your story. It's up to you but, as you know, if you slow right down on making content you will likely lose subs or at least not grow. Im just surprised women meet you during covid/lockdown...all the women i talk to online are bang into the covid hoax and are not into meeting at all...its sooo frustrating...before the 98.8% recovery rate flu I was meeting all the time..it was easy!
