@@Animatedbeardo i got question bro.jab hum traffic signal par rukte hai,toh accelerator nil hota hai matlab butterfly valve ekdum close toh koi hawa combustion chamber mein nahi aati,aur engine mein piston ka movement bhi zero hota hai.
toh iss situation mein pilot jet se petrol engine mein kaise suck hota hai without any air pressure difference.
Nahi brother...jab gadi khadi hoti hay tab bhi piston movement chalta rehta hay...vo to gears ke chalte gadi aage nahi jati...flywheel humesha ghumta rehta hay

When Bike Is In Normal Position The Float Operates Correctly , When Bike Falls Down The Float is Unable to Stop the excess flow of petrol because the float will not float in that position and the float pin cannot be operated hence the petrol leaks

I have a diapram, volume control type air screw CV carburetor in my bike and I heard in those kind of carburetor air screws works as a volume controller for pre mixed petrol air mixture supply to the ignition chamber instead of changing the ratio of mixture when it is screw or un screw.
Am I right or wrong...
And how could we find the optimum set point of air screw when we adjust it for maximum milage...

Subtitles: 'combustion chamber of carburator'? The carbrator doesn't have a combustion chamber. That's not part of the function of the carburator and is a different part outside, next to the carburator. There is also some poor english grammar and sentence structure. :(

एयर स्क्रू को टाइट किया तो गाड़ी बंद हो जाएगी, क्युकी खाली हवा से गाड़ी नहीं चल सकती। वैसेही खोलने से गाड़ी थोड़े देर चलने के बाद बंद हो जाएगी, क्युकी आपका पेट्रोल खतम हो जायेगा।।😁

Air flow showing wrong direction, air passing from air filter to piston then towards butterfly then to engine, but you show wrong direction. Am i right or wrong pls reply.
Yes you are right..but air passes trough butterfly value difference in pressure between both..its actually the same air coming from the air filter passing into combustion chamber.
@@Animatedbeardo as per your animation carburator fitting will b wrong direction, it will not fit in bike. If install like ur animation fuel going towards air filter, not going towards combustion chember. How engine will get fuel, Pls check once.

How does choke work?
When you open the choke, fuel is let inside the combustion chamber of carburettor, so it becomes a fuel rich mixture. Thats y u get a gain in throttle when u open choke valve.
