Using the drone to bring in the Heifers👌

When I'm by myself and needing to muster in our in calf Heifers, rather than cooperating sometimes they would rather chase me around the field or just stare😅......so my drone can be an effective tool to use.

I assure you they are quite happy. Our Heifers are very relaxed most of the time but can also be very playful at times as you can see in the video.

Hey mate great channel. i run a smaller scale unit in taranaki with simular system, what sort of production can your cows reach with such a high stocking rate?

Hey mate, we have achieved around 1982/ha this season or 460/cow. With a relatively young herd I'd like to think with some fine tuning we can get closer to 500ms/cow and over the 2000/ha mark in the coming seasons 👍
