    We want to develop the "Nindo Online Course" so that you can learn Ninjutsu without having to come to Japan!
    LInk :www.kickstarte...
    We will show you one of the training of body need to a ninja.
    This time learn about single-toothed clogs.
    Regular clogs have two wooden teeth sticking out from the bottom.
    To stand in single-toothed clogs, they need to control body balance.
    Running and climbing stairs in them is also a good way to train.
    Can you master this footwear?

    It teaches the legs and body to keep the good pace up even while fatigue is painful and helps to keep the pace up while cramping pain sets in while running a very long distance.

    I've seen these before, mostly in pictures or in stuff like video games or manga, famously a Tengu in the Dead or Alive video game series wore these. I always thought they would be good for balance training. Something I actually like doing due to my larger body size, I've practiced balancing on logs and 2x4s on their sides quite often and among my friends I have one of the better senses of balance in that kind of situation, the only one who has better balance is a friend of mine who wanted to be on the high school wrestling team and he's almost impossible to knock to the ground if we are on flat ground due to knowing his own body mechanics for wrestling.

    I wonder if the clogs worn by the priests had such elongated wood teeth. I think if it were shorter it would still be good for walking.

    • @NorseBlade
      @NorseBlade ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Since they were used by the priests to climb mountains, I imagine having shorter teeth might have caused the toe of the geta to dig into the dirt at steeper angles. Then again, I don't actually know what their's looked like.

    i think without any teeth is the most practical no?

    • @samuraijackoff5354
      @samuraijackoff5354 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It sort of depends. The teeth is to keep your clothes or feet from touching the mud or snow. Later they became more of a fashion sense but they are practical when walking on heavy snow or mud.

    I planned on doing this training when I was 25 but I never got around to it.
    My balance is supernatural because the hand seals have transformed me.
    If I am eating food and a piece or even someone else drops something in the air, most time I will not thinking catch it in mid air before it hits the ground.
    I want to get back to this to see how it benefits me?
    I had knowledge of this but I did not have authenticity confirmed and now I do.
    Thank you again GM Kawakami.
    This response is automatic instinct.
    It is written in the books I have read that this was a trick used on Ninja to test them to see if they were Ninja by reflex?

    Uma pergunta, esses geta são usados em quais ocasiões?

    • @douglasdiogenesmeneses9544
      @douglasdiogenesmeneses9544 ปีที่แล้ว

      Acho que serve como treinamento para pessoas que estão em busca de um balanço corporal mais disciplinado, é como tentar equilibrar livros na cabeça, a pessoa ganha um domínio maior na forma de andar, mas as pessoas usam o Geta(ou usavam no caso) mais para se proteger da chuva e da neve no chão.
