@@RobertSpunkt No amount of user settings, hardware configuration or driver updates can fix the Unreal Engine shader stutter loads. Only the devs can do it, and even then, most of them can't. It's a known issue on every single Unreal Engine game 👍

Make sure, hardware accelerated GPU Scheduling setting in Windows is turned on. Search "graphics settings" Also make sure the game is set to full-screen exclusive, hope this helps!
Thank you, FSR saved me with my 2070 Super. Went from 40 FPS on low settings to 90-110 FPS on medium. The game is still poorly optimized, so hopefully a patch will make it even better.
bro i was playing the game butter smooth 90 frames all setting the highest exept motion blur and the moment i go in the first bunker i get like 10 frames and i already started 2 new games and it happens every time, the only fix i found is to set it low on all setting then when i go to the open world i set it all back to the highest again its a pain but it works for me.

I have an i7 12700k, Rtx 3080 Ti, 32 GB RAM, Resolution set to 3840x1080. Tried your recommended settings and the game still stutters like crazy. I have the same issue in Silent Hill 2 but at least that's a slower paced game. Stuttering on a first person shooter is unbearable. I'm going to revisit the game again in a few months. Hopefully, they'll have some patches and fixes by then.

For me, as soon as game reaches 99% GPU utilization or GPU full memory utilized it's starting to drop to 4 FPS, then no mater how I change settings it keeps freezing as soon as GPU is at 99% load. Low or high graphics - no difference. Garbage optimization.

Also, i think its good to remember that this team was working in an active war zone until they relocated, and they lost a dev to fighting the Russians. Grace is necessary in this context

That's no excuse. They relocated very early in the war, and the dev could be easily replaced. Stop allowing shitty devs to make shitty poorly optimized games just because it was slightly harder for them than others.

Any updates? I tired low across the board to see if it improved, it almost had the opposite effect. I am going to more carefully target some of the options mentioned in this comment area and the video: either frame gen to FSR or OFF (if input lag is still too heavy), I'm going to avoid switching to 1080P for the time being, still at 2K, I will adjust hair quality down if I haven't already, MAYBE FOV lower from 90 to 70, lightshafts OFF, and make sure fullscreen exclusive is set. One or two other tweaks. Obviously it is a pain to restart the game if needed due to shader compiling so I don't want to do this too often. I have the same specs you mentioned, with an AMD processor circa 2017 (mid-range). I have at least one optimizer mod in place which muddies this experimenting a bit. I just suppose it is doing what it is supposed to. Good luck STALKER

I don’t understand how stalker 2 is virtually unplayable yet metro exodus redux and games like cyber punk are fine. I think the issue is I need too upgrade my ram as I’ve only got 16gb but this game is very poorly optimised.
No issues with Gamepass version on PC. R5 5600x 32gb ram 3080ti epic settings 4k with DLSS Performance and it’s always above 60. Sometimes it dips in certain situations but 90% has been a smooth experience. Did none of this and it’s running fine.

Then with FSR Quality visual is smoother but more grainy and a bit rough. DLAA just makes me lose 10-15 fps

To get rid of the huge Framerate drops and stutters set „Hair Quality“ to „Average“. …runs fluid since i discovered that on my 3080. Thank me later. 😂

UE 5.4 fixes a lot of CPU issues and adds 20-30 FPS on the same hardware, but this is 5.0...and made by lower skilled Devs so yeah, hot garbage.

Thank you, I was getting random frame drops with a 4070ti. It would go 60fps-60-60-48 like clockwork. These settings have fixed it.

Terrible performance and optimization aside, the game is ugly as fuck. Super grainy looking and terrible flickering during movement.
Yeah it's really bad. Unreal engine is to blame, everything they put in looks bad in it
