I thank God for the experience that you lived and that you are living now to reveal these messages.. You brought me clarity in my experience. I felt your words. I felt that there was no time or place separating us, then I realized that there was no separation in the first place. Thank you Rupert ❤ You are beautiful..
To experience more broadly, complete, stable, the oneness that he describes, al that is needed is the prolonging of the state of being. It's like learning a new language, once you truly identify the state and consciously stay in it. More and more information gets visible and you transform 💚 Everybody can do it.
For the last several weeks my body and mind are starting to feel way way deeper whats Rupert is talking about. In such "moments" tears are coming on their own. Mind doesn't understand and don't see whats happening, but heart (trying to describe that in a better way) feels. Best word do describe such "moments" are peace, love and innocence. The experience in such periods is full and it "says" everything without using a word. There are no problems. And even such concepts as ego ,mind , or whatever, have their hidden beauty and meaning as a part of the Infinite thats beyond the mind.
And for many of us it’s a type of pain and misery of which the only escape is death; but most are far too cowardly to take the plunge. So all we can do is suffer with greater and greater levels of intensity until our final breath.
He makes a leap, saying that there is one being, the ground of existence. Then he goes on to say to not let anything obscure the being. That is where the unity is found, in the seeing past the obscuring.
@joajoajb can you dumb that down for me. I find what you say interesting, but I am probably at a 3rd grade level of understanding. I understand Rupert.
@@joajoajb i do not need to know the truth of existence. I just allow the silence to teach me over time what I need to know. Good points and take care of yourself as well.
Everything exists. Existence is what is common to everything. My breath, my feelings, my memory all exist. In their existence, everything is alike. They are all existing things. That's what is common to everything. In that respect, things are all the same. There is change of form, color etc. But in terms of existence, there is no change. Existence is what is common to everything.
By the way it’s not so much about suppressing thoughts but more about understanding how useless they are most of the time. It’s also about understanding that we use thoughts to weave an imaginary storyline which can cause great suffering later on.
@@youssefalaoui4286 Just understanding that doesn't mean much but when we do something about that we give our energy to the thought. In both cases we don't get what we intented to get in the beginning. The "real nature" doesn't need to be practiced and it can't be practiced. What we practice by dropping thoughts is more of the same false thing. Even by being aware of thoughts we give them our energy. Thought is very cunning.
@igorchemmykelly7202 It’s not about becoming aware of the thoughts. It’s about becoming aware of how useless they are in the present moment. Your mind will become still as it were by it’s own effort.

If we actually get to both/and... does a "feeling of Oneness"... even mean anything?? Or, as Mr. Rupert says with so many classical theological articulations... it is a "concession" to deal with language and just... where we are in understanding WHAT we actually are?? Jeez... I feel like I am witnessing a total existential re-articulation of things by Rupert Spira.

Thank you Rupert for talking about Oneness 🌎💕🕊
He does it so well.

"It is" and then we limit it with a qualifier. But its first quality is its isness, it's beingness 👍
This I the most incredible and beautiful explanation of this I have ever heard. Thanks you Rupert.

"Be still, and know that I Am God" Be still, to calm the storms of the mind, to return to the source of oneness.
Thoughts are ignorant, and because of that they create drama. Drop them and you will feel at peace instantly.
