UPDATE: 2.0 tdi BKD, new turbo, air filter and intake pipe.. tandem pump vacuum issues? HELP!!!

Getting upto date on where I’m at with my 2.0 tdi pd140 mk1 VW touran… had lots of engine work done recently new head etc, then few weeks after had more issues with suspected turbo blow, which I’ve later realised could have been cause by failing tandem pump putting fuel in oil... I think. So Still not running at present but this is how things have went upto now. Next step will Be checking vacuum lines and try get this issue solved as it starts up and runs fine and drives, but not as it did.. drives okay with turbo actuator fully open with no vacuum but with vacuum won’t rev. Iam in exactly the same situation but with a merc e class, Ive replaced almost every engine part and sensor iam at my wits end too i know how you feel mate !
