Great interview, props to Jett Williams for being so humble and respectful at such a young age. The Mets definitely have a bright future whether it be next season or in 5 years. Tons of young talent and a strong influential veteran core create a recipe for continued success.
My parents almost named me Jett, but decided to go more old school, so I ended up being named "Propeller Plane." Propeller Plane Smith. Or, PP, to my friends.
I would like to see Drew Gilbert and Jett Williams platoon platooning CF for the Mets next season. With Acuña 2B, Alvarez C, Vientos 1B and Adames 3B, Nimmo LF and Soto!!!or Santander RF..Mets will be impressed..
You would be bloating your payroll. You haven't even talked about their pitching. Players with qualifying offers would cost another team two draft picks
It seems like a lot of fans just view them as trade chips to get a 30-year-old star-caliber player. People don't seem to realize that a strong farm system will help a team be competitive for years.
This team reminds me a lot of the 2021 team, lots of holes. Focus on strengthening the pitching staff and the bullpen, bring back Jessie Winker and Pete Alonso. I'd rather pass on Soto and go all in next year on Kyle Tucker. He's a three-time all-star with an excellent bat, speed and defense.

You stole my comment! Great kid! He's a keeper.
For his age, he's surprisingly comfortable being interviewed and has a lot to say. Good job.
He's a great dude. We also all got stuck in the rain together for about two hours once lmao so there's no awkwardness anymore
Stay up Jett , journey before destination. Cant wait for you to be in Queens.
Even if he ends up not being that great, has a great personality and very humble. Bro not sharing his socials was wild, hes so focused. I love it.

Can't believe he's only 5ft 6 but I'm excited to see him develop into a star
Hope Jett can avoid the injury bug next year and maybe get a shot at the bigs in the late summer.
J-E-T-T JETT JETT JETT

Hopefully they leave some spots open for the rookies , I really like some of the minor league players making the majors in 25
