Love your channel and the way you describe things but I do not like the dining part of the kitchen, the peninsula units restrict the dining space and the other side too. An island would have worked far better. The one thing that ruins the house for me is the heat source pump system.
Beautiful home as always, one thing though do most of these homes have underfloor heating? Cause I see it's either carpet or tiles on the first floor so was wondering which is it? Brownie points there on that Drone footage 👏👏👏

Hi Syd, it’s the double garage that comes with the home but it was inaccessible because it’s currently the sales office.

Hi MG N, yep. There’s underfloor heating in each ground floor room but radiators on the first floor/upstairs 😊
