    Hi Jared! I really enjoy your videos! Yesterday I watched a video by Dr Berg about sleep. He had a really bad time sleeping for years. He suggested to take D3, K2, magnesium and a few other things at your last meal of the day. I tried it last night and slept great and got a 92 Optimal score on my Oura ring! 😄

      First off, love your rock climbing pic! I used to climb quite a lot. Sorry it's taken quite a while for me to respond. Been focused on other projects and then on an extended vacation. Thank you so much for commenting! I'm glad you enjoyed the video and I really appreciate you letting me know. It takes a lot of time and effort to do this and comments like yours keep me going. AWESOME to hear about your positive experience! Thanks for sharing. I also used to struggle with insomnia. I've found D3, K2, magnesium have helped. I've been thinking about moving it to earlier in the day but I'm still on the fence because I believe it helps with my sleep. I like your idea of just taking it with the last meal of the day. That way you can take it along with a source of fat which will help your body absorb D3 and K2. Thanks again!

      Thanks for watching the video and for your comment. I'm not sure what the regulations are in Sri Lanka. In the US we don't need a doctor's prescription to take these vitamins. Hope that helps.

    What about people with mild aps or may or may not have mild to medium inflammation, who are trying to concieve, k2 is not advised for people with blood clotting disorders isn't it? I bought this by mistake and was taking for a few weeks and started to feel heavy chest and shortness of breath, i just researched casually and got to know about this. I wish my doctor had atleast warned me about it. 🤯

      Correct. If you have a blood clotting disorder it is not wise to supplement with K2. K2 helps the blood coagulate (the scientific term for blood clotting). If you have those issues taking K2 may make it worse. Sorry you had a bad experience. Thank you for bringing this up.

    Does k2 cause blood clotting?

    • @JTJaredTaylor
      @JTJaredTaylor  หลายเดือนก่อน

      It shouldn't "cause" blood clotting in a healthy person but it helps with coagulation. If a person has a blood clotting disorder they should NOT supplement with K2. At the very least they should consult there doctor before considering it.
