The image of brushing my anxiety away with a feather is amazing. It said to me that I can push anxiety aside without getting frustrated, that the anxiety wasn’t as strong as I believed it was. Thanks for that image.
My favorite new additions to meditation have been the feather acknowledgement & dismissal technique and the reminder of not judging the thoughts or my reactions to them. That lack of judgment has been apeticulalry helpful to me and every time I hear it when I'm in a stressed mindset I think, "okay, right, no judgment" and it helps a good deal.

Thank you, I was in the middle of a full blown panic attack but after listening to this and then just counting my breaths on my own for a few minutes I managed to calm myself down. First time in my life I’ve been able to calm myself down well during a panic attack. I’ve even called an ambulance for myself twice during panic attacks, so I feel liberated to know that if I’m having one I can pop this on to help. Thanks a lot 🧡
I have OCD which creates severe anxiety, these videos are probably the main reason my anxiety stays under control, which in turn helps me OCD to shush down. I’m learning to cope so well with things and I see a genuinely happy life ahead! Thank you
I'm having panic attacks alot due to my anxiety and videos like yours always help. It's nice to get away from my anxiety just for a few minutes. As it's a constant daily battle.
This video has been so helpful to me during a really mentally unstable time. I've been dealing with anxiety and panic attacks every day for weeks. Thank you.
First time meditating, and I gotta say this is unbelievably helpful. I feel amazing after this and it's just my first time. Gonna start doing this daily thank you so much.
This was a great meditation to declutter my mind and help me be present. Any meditation that has me do a full body scan is so helpful! The count 1-in 2-out was a lot less stressful than counting 1 in and out breath, if that makes sense. Thank you for a great session!
My anxiety has flared up really badly again, not sure why, but have had real tale symptoms for about a month.Back yo square one today- dizzy, pain the heart, foggy head etc.Came across your lovely mindfulness video.I think it may help me,- thankyou. I will try brushing these anxiety ridden thoughts away with a feather , instead of battling with them.best wishes, peace, Inger
I have been listening to your meditations for a week... Your voice is calm and you don't add music to many of your guided meditations video.. I like that..🤗
I agree, it's not cheesy at all. Simplified and practical. Less romance in the words too, which i find to be more authentic than the fluffy stuff. I'm always searching for mindfulness like this - Subscribed!
As someone who struggles with anxiety, this did not help. I felt more anxious afterwords. “Just let your mind wonder” is not a good phrase for someone who struggles with anxiety. And the lack of breathing exercises was confusing, considering this is targeted for anxiety.

Thanks for that image.
I got the same feeling. Like "oh so I CAN deal with anxiety and brush it away".

I have severe generalised anxiety manifesting as headaches and weird head sensations. This has helped a little. Thankyou
Are you okay now?

Do we count breaths up until you say give up all focus?
Great video! A bit of feedback; the clock counting down was actually a bit anxiety inducing...
Wow
Not sure why but first time trying this & it made me feel anxious. Could anyone help.
I have high functioning anxiety currently in my first year of varsity
Please remove the ads from this video. This was such a lovely session and then a loud horrible commercial screamed at me the second it ended.

I think this was okay but would have preferred some kind of brain waves music in the background.
You speak too abruptly. Slow down and speak in a gentile relaxed tone.
Thank you
